The teacher always try to teach his students with the experiment in which all the raw materials are collected from his surroundings , home & nearby where they lives. In the class of organic Chemistry , he prepared Soap as given below.

(i) Slaked lime from his house.Washing Soda Na2CO3.Slaked lime is heated with Na2Co3 solution in a Mud built pot, it will produce

NaOH .NaOH is added slowly to Coconut oil and the paste is formed ,that is Sodium Salt of Fatty acid and it is kept twelve hours rapping with clothes.A soap is formed.

(ii) A candle is lighten up by throwing water on it by the help of sodium metal. (ii) A no. of innovative experiments of the teacher ,attached with the files.

The types teaching aids, including mass media, used by the teacher to make classroom instruction more interesting:

(i) Teacher used low cost, no cost hand -made teaching aids to teach the students.(ii) Computer aided learning CD & Projector is used.(iii) The teacher has a good hand in drawing, writing and it is used to attract the

Students in Joyful Learning.(iv) Md. Salim always try to teach his Students to take lesson by visual imagination. (v) The teacher is comfortable to teach students with his innovative magical

experiments.

The teacher give special attention and assistance to the gifted and weaker students:

Md. Salim as H.M. announce in the assembly –(i) If any student suffering from any kind of disability, to run his education he can

get every help from H.M (Md.Salim).(ii) Md. Salim helped the weaker students & Physically Challenged .(iii) In the month of “ROJA’’ Md. Salim stretch big hands to the weaker students of
