CONCLUSIONS
CLEAR LENSECTOMY FOR HYPEROPIA IS PREDICTABLE AND EXTREMELY SAFE
Results are acceptable for Monofocal lensesAnd extremely good for MULTIFOCAL LENSES TYPE TECNIS
The Tecnis ZM900 Multifocal IOL Provides EXCELLENT NEAR- DISTANCE- AND INTERMEDIATE VISION
Is Indicated for correction of aphakia in Cataract Surgery and in Refractive Lens Exchange, i.e. presbyopia
