1 ) A royal secretary is a must. My friend was my royal secretary and doubled as the royal scribe )A Status Card character), she kept track of everybody's favor every turn, as well as tallying votes for petitions. If I didn't have her I would not have been able to stay in character and every petition would have been painstakingly slow . 2 ) Forget about tracking who owns which Status Card. I thought at the beginning that it would be important to keep track of which player has which status card, so I had the royal secretary make a list of the cards and keep initials next to them. But it soon became impossible to track and I realized there is really no benefit to it. If somebody has a card like the Grandmaster Thief, they need to alert the King. Otherwise its their own fault for not being proactive. The King has enough to worry about without keeping track of everybody's cards . 3 ) The King needs a cheat sheet for Starting Money, Favor and Allowance. The big folding plackards are too large and clunky, and besides the players need to keep them as a reference. It's best to just have a little note card or post-it with the allowance. As for Favor, I am going to design a GM aid for tracking player's favor - I forgot that the Steward's favor increases every turn until the 4th round ! 4 ) Costumes add a lot. A lot of us were dressed up and it made the game much more fun. People really got into character and that was a blast. Just a simple cape can add a lot. I actually went a little crazy with mine - I made a purple royal cloak with white furry trim with the black speckles, and made a crown for myself - the extra effort was well worth it . 5 . Minor Characters - not much for them to do. Besides the Captain of the Guard, the Royal Scribe, the Troubadour and the Assassin there's not too much for the minor characters to do. I had 6 people playing minor characters because from what I read it sounded like they would be pretty active - but they were basically spectators. Besides the Royal Scribe/Secretary I would only recommend 2 more minor characters max, unless

1 )A royal secretary is a must. My friend was my royal secretary and doubled as the royal scribe (A Status Card character), she kept track of everybody's favor every turn, as well as

tallying votes for petitions. If I didn't have her I would not have been able to stay in character and every petition would have been painstakingly slow .

2 )Forget about tracking who owns which Status Card. I thought at the beginning that it would be important to keep track of which player has which status card, so I had the royal

secretary make a list of the cards and keep initials next to them. But it soon became impossible to track and I realized there is really no benefit to it. If somebody has a card like

the Grandmaster Thief, they need to alert the King. Otherwise its their own fault for not being proactive. The King has enough to worry about without keeping track of everybody's

cards.

3 )The King needs a cheat sheet for Starting Money, Favor and Allowance. The big folding plackards are too large and clunky, and besides the players need to keep them as a

reference. It's best to just have a little note card or post-it with the allowance. As for Favor, I am going to design a GM aid for tracking player's favor - I forgot that the Steward's favor

increases every turn until the 4th round!

4 )Costumes add a lot. A lot of us were dressed up and it made the game much more fun. People really got into character and that was a blast. Just a simple cape can add a lot. I

actually went a little crazy with mine - I made a purple royal cloak with white furry trim with the black speckles, and made a crown for myself - the extra effort was well worth it.

5 .Minor Characters - not much for them to do. Besides the Captain of the Guard, the Royal Scribe, the Troubadour and the Assassin there's not too much for the minor characters to do. I had 6 people playing minor characters because from what I read it sounded like they

would be pretty active - but they were basically spectators. Besides the Royal Scribe/Secretary I would only recommend 2 more minor characters max, unless your friends

love role-playing and don't mind not having a lot to do game-wise.

ההצעות שלי:

- ידע פתוח. כולם יודעים מה כולם צריכים כדי לנצח.- להשתמש בתיקייה שלי של המשחק והדברים שבה. סדר זה חשוב.
