• One of the most difficult challenges to
deal at work is loneliness.
• Sometimes, we feel it at work, with no
quite understanding of what we have
to do to overcome this depressive
and destructive feeling.
• Unfortunately such feeling is part of
our life and we need to learn how to
overcome it.

victims of loneliness but on the
other hand there are people

and our future.
• Stop blaming yourself for being alone.
• Recognize that loneliness is a sign that
something needs to change.
• Understand the effects that loneliness
has on life, both physically and mentally.
• Consider doing enjoyable activities
since such situations present great
opportunities to meet people and
cultivate new friendships and social
interactions.
