Google Ingress: A Global Alternate Reality Game

Ingress begins with a series of training missions designed to orient new players. Quickly it introduces you to its quirky lexicon. Around town you will find various "portals"; the point of Ingress (at least so far) is to control them. To control portals you have to "hack" them, which is akin to a check-in on Facebook or Foursquare. Hacking portals rewards you with various items, the most important of which are portal keys and resonators.

Pinterest launches holiday campaign calendar

The calendar will live at holiday’s pinterest.com and be

promoted within Pinterest, on its blog, and on its Facebook

and Twitter feeds (Paid ads aren't a part of the mix). The

campaign was developed in-house, though the company

doesn't yet have a formal marketing department.

the first social media political elections across the globe.

Now, with the rapid development of the web and

technology, when digital sources help people sharing

their choices in all fields, the winner is the one who

Ogilvy. Pirate Recruitment

Today young web designers need to buy very expensive application suites in

order to create. So they are more tempted to download these suites on illegal

pirate websites. To prevent them from not only becoming criminals but also

wasting their creativity in the numbness of unemployment, we've uploaded a

file supposed to be the wanted application suite. For free. But when the web

designers downloaded it, they didn't found the new suite. They found a much

stronger offer: a job opportunity at Ogilvy.
