Logistxs Inc.

• LOGISTXS INC. (a DBA of Logistxs Transport Inc.) is a D.O.T. licensed property brokerage corporation, which handles the brokerage of a client’s freight on a transactional or contracted basis.

• Some clients do not require freight management services to run their operations, however, prefer to utilize our Least Cost Routing System to route individual shipments to or from their customers or vendors.

• Logistxs moves a wide variety of shipments on a daily basis from clients with different transportation requirements in all 50 United States, Canada and to overseas destinations via sea cargo or air freight.

• Time Critical – when delivery windows are very tight• Expedited Services – when it has to get there as soon as possible• Air Freight … ( Domestic & Overseas ) – uses US jet freight services• LTL Shipments including Pallet Rates – when the shipment is less than a

Hospitality

Our team of experts are ready to help with our client’s requirements, opening or refurbishing small offices to a large hotel can be very challenging & that's why our team is here to help and make the whole process easier. Our hospitality professionals specialize in the management of the entire project. We are positioned to help our clients ensure that their (FF&E) and (OS&E) are handled, & delivered when they are needed, not before or afterward.

Hospitality

• Logistxs has been providing hospitality solutions for 28 years, and that’s a lot of “getting it right.”

• Hospitality solutions include movements by road, sea, rail or air, cargo storage, insurance, and purchase order management & reporting.

• We service all of the United States and Canada with services explained earlier including padded van and special handling, including art, high value electronics, interior & exterior lighting, and displays.

• $100,000 surety bond in place covering our shipper / carrier contracts.• Invoicing may also be customized.

Additional Service Offerings

• FREE FREIGHT ANALYSIS: One manner of providing cost effective solutions to clients is through a process of analyzing their freight invoices. A six month set of old freight invoices are normally examined and return enough fairly accurate data to produce detailed reports. This allows Logistxs to provide the solutions needed to reduce a client’s yearly transportation cost.

• CARRIER NEGOTIATIONS: Logistxs will negotiate with all modes of transportation for clients, to assure that the most efficient mix of service and price is obtained from the transportation providers.

Additional Service Offerings

• ROUTING: Can be provided for all Outbound and Inbound shipments via carriers best suited to customer production timetables and needs. Routing can be handled through EDI that would allow for next day shipping scenarios. Logistxs can contact the carriers, arrange the pick-ups & delivery appointments and advise all necessary personnel accordingly, based on customer needs.

• FREIGHT TRACING: All shipments are tracked daily via our computer system and the information is passed onto all personnel deemed necessary by the client.

Additional Service Offerings

• FREIGHT CLAIMS: Logistxs will assume all responsibilities for arranging the inspection, verification and filing the loss and damage claim reports to the carrier. Follow up is handled automatically to insure timely payment from carrier. Of course, input from your shipper and consignee is critical for a successful claim.

• POST AUDIT - can be performed on ALL paid freight invoices. Logistxs has found and continue to find many mistakes and has been able to recover overcharges missed by internal audit processes. These recovered charges are shared with clients.

Additional Service Offerings

• VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Through information gained from your purchase orders, we can coordinate arrival of all inbound shipments destined to your facilities. Likewise, outbound coordination can also be orchestrated.

• REPORTING: Proprietary reports based on a client’s specific needs can be generated on a weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly basis through our IT Department, and can be delivered via email.
