HOW TO REACH SCHOOL OF ARCHITECTURE FROM THE AIRPORT

1. Take the urban railway METRO (from the Airport take Line 3, Direction Aghia Marina and

then at station Syntagma change from Line 3 to Line 2, Direction Anthoupoli - Omonia exit

OR from the Airport take Line 3, Direction Aghia Marina and then at Monastiraki station

change from Line 3 to Line 1 (ISAP), Direction Kifissia – Omonia exit) 2. Get off at Omonia stop and use one of the eight exits (preferable exit to

Panepistimiou Street) to get upstairs in Omonia Square.

3. Head east to reach 28th Oktovriou Street (or else Patission Street).

4. Once you are on 28th Oktovriou Street (Patission) stay on and head north till you find

the School of Architecture on your right side.

5. The entrance to the School is on Stournari Street which is perpendicular to 28th

Oktovriou Street (Patission).

THE HISTORICAL COMPLEX

• The School of Architecture is hosted at the historical complex on Patission Street, next

to the National Archaeological Museum. The complex consists of several buildings

with two side entrances (Tositsa entrance and Stournari entrance).

• The main entrance on Patission street is closed and opens only during the anniversary

of Athens Polytechnic (anti-junta) Uprising on the 17th of November.

• Lessons nowadays are held in the Averof, Tositsa and Bouboulina buildings.

• Inside the historical complex find the Averof building and cross ground floor. The

conference will be hosted in the Ceremony Hall, which is on the first floor.

HOW TO REACH KUZINA RESTAURANT FROM THE AIRPORT

1. Take the urban railway METRO. From the Airport take Line 3, Direction Aghia Marina and

get off at Monastiraki Station. 2. Get upstairs in Monastiraki Square and find Adrianou Street on your right.

3. Kuzina restaurant is located on Adrianou Street, No 9.

HOW TO REACH SCHOOL OF ARCHITECTURE FROM THE HOTELS

Radisson Blu Park Hotel (Leof. Alexandras 10, Athina 106 82) Best Western Museum Hotel (Mpoumpoulinas 16, Athina 106 82)

The School of architecture is about 9 minutes away from the Radisson Blu Hotel and 3

minutes away from the Museum Hotel on foot. You just have to walk along Bouboulina

Str. and then preferably Stournari Str. till you find the entrance.

Exarcheion Hotel (Themistokleous 55, Athina 106 83)

Melia Hotel (Chalkokondili 14 & 28th October, Athina 106 77)

Once you are at the entrance of the Exarcheion Hotel you must find Spirou Trikoupi

Street on your left. Walk down this road till you reach Stournari Str. and then turn left

again.

Melia Hotel is on Chalkokondili Street. Likewise once you get off at Hotel exit you must

find Kaniggos Street on your left. Walk down this road till you reach Stournari Str. and

then turn right.
