Aspirational Videos One of my favourite bands and videos when it comes to props and the little subtle aspects is The Neighbourhood, and particularly there music video ‘Sweater Weather’. I am not too keen on the song or lyrics however I do love the style of videos. Here are some screen shots of there video that contain elements that I find look good and go with the style of music video I aim to create.

Colouring

The colour of this music videos exactly the type of colours that I would like to recreate in my own. It has they greyscale look with a slightly grainy effect. I would in fact heighten the contrast as I do think it does look lightly more grey that black and white at times. But other than that the colour of the video

is perfect.

All of these are really cinematic looking shots, they are all very random and have almost nothing to do with the main section of the music video however still look effective. I love this idea and would like to incorporate it into my own music video.
