LOCATION IDEAS

One of my locations for the organization of my photography planning is a wall I found in the center of York. Each brick on the wall is a different colour which makes it look more interesting compared to an ordinary brick wall. The barred window set into the wall would also make the images look more interesting because it is something more to add to the image. A character stood in front of this would look cool. This location is also easy to get to which is good.

I like this graffiti/magazine style look because it would give the character more of an edgy look. One of my main colours is red for the magazine which also matches the colour of this wall. However, I do not think I will be able to use this as one of my location ideas because it was took in a restaurant in York which isn’t easy to get to or take pictures in.

I found this wall in the center of York which makes it a reasonable possible location for my photography. I liked this location because even though it is a plain brick wall, the moss and plants growing over it gave it a bit more excitement. I can imagine one of my models being photographed in front of this wall and it making the character look more interesting because of the background. The hint of green in the image also gives the wall more colour so that it isn’t just a bland brick wall.

This wall is in my bedroom which makes it a very easy location to access if I were to choose this as a photography location. The wall is filled with different pictures which makes the wall look creative and exciting. By having one of my models being photographed in front of this would give the person more power and dominance in the photo because they would stand out more against the smaller photographs in the background which is important.
