Development Advisory
In this service we prepare and provide recommendations to our
clients by preparing three kinds of reports depending on their
requirements. The three reports are:
High-Level Market & Financial Feasibility
It is a short form report prepared at preliminary stages of
development for a client having multiple development options for any
one piece of land. It is an approx 10 page report highlighting the
prevailing market prices and conditions for financial inputs to assess the viability of the preliminary
plans. In addition rudimentary financial analysis is carried out for each of the options to assess the
returns generated by each.
The fee for this report is subject to the number of options to be assessed, pre-decided scope of
work and negotiations with the client.
Market & Financial Feasibility Report
We prepare this in-depth report for the client who already has a set development plan for the
identified plot. We review the development plan and advise client on the project’s viability from
market and financial perspective by carrying our extensive market research and financial analysis.
A more detailed cash flow analysis is carried out to firm up on the preferred development options.
Highest & Best Use Study (HBU)

In this report, we advise on the development plan for a plot selected by a client for its real estate
investment. The development plan is market driven and we provide clear, research backed
development options covering development massing, property uses, market positioning and
disbursal strategy.
In addition detailed cash flow analysis is also prepared to ensure the project is viable and meets
