Local Committee President - Job Description

Dear candidate,

I proudly introduce you the job description of the LCP role.

The Role of the LCP is primarily the role of a leader.

Many times, people cannot see clearly what makes a good team leader or what exactly the

results of an LCP are. But, LCP JD is all about leadership.

Leader is a person who is role model for others around. Not just an authority figure but a

reliable person who is willing to learn and develop himself and others around. Leader is the

person who gives right directions, who can think strategically and can make others believe in

his-her dream and direction for the term!

In other words, a good leader is a person with a cold brain and a warm heart at the same time!

Cold Brain that can create strategies can analyze the market and give valuable directions and

suggestions.

Warm heart encourages people to make mistakes, to learn, to enjoy what they are doing and

warm heart that shows real understanding and compassion.

In the end of the day, leadership is not about prestige, is about giving yourself in the service of

others!

I hope you will enjoy the leadership journey ahead of you!
