Key Initiatives:• Launched Fast Start 2015 for Transactional, New Business and Digital.

• DSD participates in each AE focus meeting to track funnel and activity with LSM.

• Selected as a market for the 2015 CMG Digital Talent Program.

• Hired shared Digital Strategist Matt Santamarina alongside Orlando Radio.

• Hiring 2nd Digital AE.

• Launched our “Local Solutions Roundtable” monthly digital training sessions

• Held 2nd CMG Orlando Local Solutions Client Event & Sales Drive

• Mid-Year A/E reviews- ‘15 review/’16 plan, Funnel evaluation, Account opportunities & Review identified upsell opportunities.

• 85% of sales team completed (optional) CMG Google Reseller Representative Exam.

• Launched and had winner in the Google New York City Q2/Q3 incentive.

• IAB DMSC Certified- Sara Linartas, Ashley Williams and Dan Prudhomme. Lisa Kain, Darleen Mahoney and Cheryl Smith are scheduled for the “Class of August 2015” window. Elissa Crooks is scheduled for the “September” window for the DAOC certification.
