The main function of the Profile page is to allow you update or change your member details - 1 - before placing an order. You can choose then to - 2 - start a new order or - 3 - re-order to continue.

Create your custom catalogue by clicking the Start a New Order - 1 - button or click the ‘HERE’ link - 2 - to use the LEC Support Office created catalogue as a template.

A note before starting:

Make sure you have a good idea of the products, the distribution of these products within the catalogue and the price before getting started.

5. CONFIGURE

There are two options to choose from, a four and an eight pages catalogue.

Select the style of each page from the predetermined catalogue templates and press Add to Basket to continue.

Start customising your catalogue by selecting products from the drop down list - 1 - for each tile of the page.

You can see all the available options for each tile by clicking - 2 - See Selections.

Positioning and size of each tile depends on the selected template.

Make sure you add the price for those products that require it - 3 . OptiKeep price is automatically calculated for you - 4 .

Once you are satisfied with all the products, prices and placement, please proceed to Proof Your Item - 5 .

Carefully review your catalogue. Make sure all pricing information is correct and product placement is as desired. If you are satisfied with it, please read and tick the disclaimer checkbox - 1 - and press Continue - 2 . If you try to continue without ticking the checkbox and error message will be displayed - 3 .

1 In this section you can change the quantity if required.

2 Double check your name, surname and email address are correct. We will use these details if we need to discuss your order.

3 Please make sure the delivery address details are correct. Make any changes as required.

4 The comments section at the bottom of this page is just to be used in case you want to split the delivery into two or more locations.

Only write in this space the number of catalogues out of the total ordered you want delivered to a different address, and an address different to the one on the previous section.

Only splitting information is allowed in the Comments section. Please do not use this section for any other type of comments.

5 Press Review Order to continue.

10. FREqUENTLY ASKED qUESTIONS

Q: How long does it take for my order to be printed?

A: Your order is approved and processed at the end of the week, it is then printed and despatched within 5 working days to the delivery address provided at the time of order. Delivery times vary depending on where you are but are typically between 2 – 5 working days from Sydney.

Q: I want to add a custom product tile to my catalogue – what should I do?

A: Contact the LEC Marketing Coordinator using the details below and he will assist you further.

Q: How are the catalogues packed?

A: Catalogues are printed on an A3 sheet (420mm height x 297mm width) and folded in half to a finished size of A4 (210mm width x 297mm height). They are then packed into a carton and despatched from Blue Star in Sydney.

Q: I want to insert these custom catalogues into my local newspaper or mailboxes – how do I let you know this?

A: Usually your local newspaper or mailbox dropper will require the catalogue to be folded to 1/3 A4 (210mm width x 99mm height). Please contact the LEC Marketing Coordinator to discuss further. Please note that additional costs may apply.
