雅尔蜜拉酒店经过装修焕然一新。酒店室内以高雅与
华贵为特色,这是从塞浦路斯岛的守护神爱与美的女
神阿芙罗狄蒂身上得到的灵感。
设计师运用了20世纪70年代大胆的设计手法(例如
白革沙发和长软椅),并将自然采光与人工照明相结

A design concept set to raise the bar in
affordable select-service hospitality, offering
airy, bright loft-like guest rooms, enhanced
technology services, landscaped outdoor spacefor socializing day and night, and an energetilounge scene. Envisioning a series of urban
oasis on the American roadside, Rockwel
has emphasised sophistication, community
functionality, and comfort.
The experience encourages guests to spend
more time out of their rooms – the exterior
lobby, guest rooms, bathrooms, and backyard
pool area and corridors all serve as publigathering spaces. Special features and visuall
distinctive iconic structures capture the visitor'
eyes, including a carport, an abstract roof-lin
and colourful glowing linear light sources on
the exterior – design inspired by the notion otravel landscape and motion.

埃姆斯酒店
美国 波士顿
全新的埃姆斯酒店是一家精品酒店,坐落在历史悠久
的埃姆斯大厦内。
对于这个焕然一新的室内空间来说,室内设计虽然尊
重19世纪的原建筑的外观,但洛克威尔集团仍然为大
堂设计了一个现代感十足的框架。设计师将原有的设
计元素进行了重新诠释,使室内设计既高贵典雅又极
具创意。
大堂保留了原有的大理石马赛克拱形顶棚,大理石与
黄铜的楼梯十分抢眼。大堂中散布各处的是建筑中原
有的艺术品,如由数千个反光圆片组成的吊灯从天花
板垂下,前台后面还有一面陶瓷艺术墙,由多件手工制作的瓷器组成。
Ames Hotel
Boston, USA
The new Ames Hotel is a boutique hotel tha
occupies the historic Ames Building. Although
the design for the all-new interior of the space
paid homage to the original 19th centuryexterior, Rockwell Group provided a modernframework for the lobby. Original element
were re-interpreted to complement the elegan
and innovative new design.
The lobby features an original marble mosaitile vaulted ceiling, a dramatic marble and
brass staircase. Scattered around the lobby
are original site-specific art works such as a
chandelier of thousands of reflective discsuspended over the floor on wires, and an
abstract ceramic wall installation behind the
reception area made up of many pieces o

柏林安德尔酒店
德国 柏林
这本是奥尔多·罗西工作室设计的一座公寓建筑,离
亚历山大广场不远,这次翻修使之重新焕发了活力。
建筑的水泥结构未经润饰,柏林墙倒下不久就被弃置
了,从那时起这座建筑就一直闲置至今。
设计理念就是安德尔酒店品牌的坚实基础。功能和舒
适受到同等重视,能满足商务旅行者跟休闲游客双重
的需求。空间布局整齐干净,不过也有质地柔软的材
料。材料都是分别精心选择的,高效地为室内服务。
色彩上既要体现乐趣、刺激,又要创造出安静祥和的
氛围。总之,这座酒店的室内设计是节制而又令人难
忘。
Andel’s Berlin
Berlin, Germany
The hotel revitalised a former apartment building
by Studio Aldo Rossi near Alexanderplatz
This unfinished concrete structure has been
abandoned shortly after the wall came dowand remained empty ever since.
The concept is built off the solid foundation
of the Andel’s brand principles. Function
and comfort are given equal priority, to
accommodate the needs of both business andleisure guests. The spaces are uncluttered
and crisp but softened by focused textura
enhancement. Materials are carefully chosen to
be discrete but effective. Colours are to be funand stimulating but also calming. Above all, th
design is understated but memorable.

波兰 罗兹
三片椭圆形的进光孔贯穿整个建筑高度。透过这些孔
的光线呈锥形倾斜排列,看起来都是统一的圆锥形,
穿透5层,直至到达安装了玻璃的屋顶天窗。这些“光
锥”在一楼和和每层客房楼层都创造出同样的空间体
验,向上能看到蓝天,向下能看到大堂和大堂酒吧里
的活跃景象,二者动态结合。白天阳光从上方正好照
射到深处开放的一楼大堂酒吧;夜晚,彩色光线的照
明打在这些椭圆形上,创造出的效果仿佛运动着的雕
塑,或者在上面投射电影,产生一种变形的抽象效
果,为这个安静的空间增添了动感。
Andel’s Lodz
Lodz, Poland
Three stacks of elliptical light wells are punched
through the full height of the building. These
tapes are aligned obliquely, perceived as unied
cones, reaching up through five floors to aglazed rooflight. These "light cones" createa holistic experience on the ground floor and
on every bedroom floor, unlocking an ever
changing combination of framed views up
to the sky and down to the animation of the
lobby and lobby bar. Daylight is channelled toilluminate the heart of the deep, open-plan
ground oor lobby bar, and by night, coloured
light stains the ellipses to create towering
kinetic sculptures, or films are projected ontothem to create distorted, abstract cinemas
adding discrete animation to the calm space.

设计师秉承“流畅私密性”的理念,打造了统一的空
间结构,使顾客成为中心。
弧线装饰的大堂接待区流畅而亲切,造型简单的盆栽
做搭配,空间简洁而不乏味。大堂一侧的休息区,设
计师用置物架做隔断,分割出一系列半私密的休息空
间,更为实用,而不阻碍视线的隔断也没有影响整体空间的开敞。

he curve lobby feels natural and warm. Several
imple potted plants are adopted so that the
pace is clear but not monotonous. On one side
of the lobby is the sitting area where the shelves
re adopted as interior partitions. In this way,he designers created a series of semi-private
reas. The shelf partitions are quite practical;
urther more, they would not interfere with the
openness of the entire space.

韩国 釜山
釜山天堂酒店的整体设计理念是现代古典风格。酒店既具备一些传统古典风格元素,同时又有一丝现代
感。大堂采用传统的石柱廊,通向一个敞顶的空间,
里面布置了几个下陷的休闲座位区,每个座位区上方
都有超大型的古典与现代风格兼备的吊灯。酒店的空
间布局呈现几何式的格子状,各个空间彼此相通,整
体显得十分通透。每个空间都有自己的独特之处。大
堂入口仿佛一个现代艺术画廊,特地选取了明亮的材
料、光滑的表面和奢华的石材地面。照明多采用间接
照明,打造柔软、温馨的氛围。
Busan Paradise Hotel

The overall concept of the Busan Paradise
Hotel is modern classic. It has some of the
elements of traditional classic spaces with a
modern GAIA touch. The Lobby which has traditional colonnade that leads into an opeheight vertical area with sunken seating living
rooms and oversize modern/classic chandelier
above every seating area. With the hotel'
geometry "grid", the space flows tranquill
into each other. Every niche and space has itown character. The lobby entrance acts as
contemporary art gallery. Bright materials
smooth surfaces and luxurious stone flooring

卡萨格莱多酒店
意大利 威尼斯
在卡萨格莱多酒店金色、华丽的音乐舞厅里,墙上、
天花板上是贾斯拜尔·迪吉安尼创作的数不胜数的壁
画。
金色的金属构成的华美吊灯从天花板上垂落下来,地
面采用卡萨格莱多家族的徽章作为装饰。一面墙上的
壁画作为伪装,掩盖了一扇门,后面是一条秘密走
道,曾经通向卡萨格莱多赌场。
楼梯也是此次这座大宫殿整体装修的一部分。两个小
天使的大理石雕塑是由弗朗西斯科·博尔托斯创作
的,摆放在楼梯入口处,迎接进门的客人。地面由马
赛克铺成,用典雅的彩色涡形图案作装饰。
Ca' Sagredo Hotel
Venice, Italy
In the golden and precious Music Ballroom
numerous frescoes attributed to Gaspare Dizian
completely cover the walls and ceiling.
Splendid chandeliers in gold leaf hang from thceiling, and the floor is embellished with th
coat of arms of the Sagredo family. The fresco
on one wall act as a camouflage for a doo
to the secret passage which once led to the
"Casino Sagredoz".
The staircase was just a part of an overal
renovation projected for the palace. Two
marble cherubs by Francesco Bertos decoratthe entrance to the staircase, glancing to
the incoming guests. The floor is in mosaic
decorated with elegant coloured volutes.

光。酒店内部有一个四层通高的大堂,前台显得异常
显眼、宏伟。
大堂设计以红色为主色调,旨在营造家一般的温暖环
境,设计师选择了一系列舒适的布艺沙发供客人休
息。设计师特别注重灯光设计,柔和的灯光从天花
板、墙壁、地脚上漫射到室内。厚的墙壁上的方形窗
孔是一个反复运用的设计元素,窗孔内侧粉刷成红
色,阳光从窗孔射入,创造富有变化而温馨的室内环
境。

The architectural concept is set out to take
advantage, in the best way, of the views and
sunlight. In the inside, there is a lobby of fou
levels, giving presence and solemnity to thereception area.
Red is chosen to be the colour palette of the
lobby, aiming at a home-like warm atmosphere
A series of comfortable cloth sofas were
arranged in the lobby so that guests could havea relaxing rest. Lighting design is a key for the
designers. Soft lights diffuse from the ceiling
walls and the floor. The square holes on the
thick walls are a repetitive element. The innesurfaces of the holes are painted red, creating a
variable and warm environment when natura
light comes in.

这是一座古老的知名建筑,可以追溯到20世纪90年代
初期,位于卡塔尼亚的艺术、商业中心地区,原本就
是一家奢华酒店。此次翻修要保留原来的西西里风格
和传统文化遗产。
大堂象征性地代表了地中海宫殿的阳光庭院的内部。
二楼的餐厅有一部分有长长的帷幔,餐厅朝向大堂,
大堂有休息室和宏伟的楼梯。地面是鹅卵石状的火山
岩铺成的,饰有白色的锡拉库扎石头,这使人想起巴

hall. The oor is done by cobblestone paving o
lava stone embellished by a decoration of whitSiracusa stone which recalls the courtyard
of historic buildings in old baroque style and

这座建筑原是19世纪60年代的办公楼。酒店的设计理
念是“西海岸(西伦敦)”,其风格是对19世纪60年

the concept for the hotel is "West Coast/Wes
London". The vibe is a contemporary evocation
of the 1960’s California, a link between thihappening area of London and the glamour oLA.
A palette of heavily veined marble and stained
oak boarding unites a flowing sequence o
lobby, bar and restaurant. Above the doubleheight lobby is a vast bespoke polished steel and
plexi-glass chandelier. There’s no complicated
decoration in the lobby except the sumptuou
chandelier. The surfaces of the wall and thefloor are all designed simple and orderly. Th
use of geometric patterns typically represent
the style of modernism and simplicity.

新加坡
建筑设计与室内设计的外观都源自东南亚纺织和热带
丛林。建筑外立面是三维的蜡纺印花织物,能为外立
面提供60%的阴凉。走廊采用自然通风和采光,两边

Hotel EOSThe Eos Hotel, named after the Greek goddess
of the dawn, is the beginning of a new concept
in hotels, a concentration of tradition andcutting-edge, a pilot structure that shies away
from the traditional notion of hôtellerie by
proposing fifteen different types of rooms,
united by a design in close harmony with the
architecture, the colours, the materials and thedistinctive features of Salento.
The spacious lobby features the French windows
on both sides, through which both the pathleading to the entrance of the hotel and thequiet backyard can be seen. The reception
in the lobby is particularly designed, with a
balance established between function and

Mod05酒店
意大利 维罗纳
酒店主要包含两部分:公共空间——入口、活动区及
娱乐区;私人空间——卧室。Mod05由两栋建筑构
成,中间通过大型条状玻璃结构连通。一层空间整洁
而流畅,楼上房间排列紧凑而轻盈,如同悬浮在上。
一层空间围绕着中央玻璃结构展开,将不同功能的区
域统一在一起,接待区、办公区、酒吧、餐厅、会议
室以及厨房。空间的“力量”通过对表面的处理、统

presents the dynamic of the arriving and
departing zones, brings the idea of encounter
activity and leisure; and an intimate andprotected one, designed for the night and therest. The Hotel Mod05 is the overlap of two
buildings, divided without touching each othe

已经废弃的汽车旅馆建于1964年,曾被认为是这一区中最碍眼的建筑,经全面整修之后,更名为“马德拉
酒店”,被视为波特兰市最为现代的建筑。设计师恢
复了建筑原有的简约线条,并注重突出中世纪的传统

transforming a neglected motor lodge, often
thought of as an eyesore, into one of Portland’
sleekest places to stay. The new design restorethe simple lines of the 1964 building and payhomage to the mid-century origins.
The new lobby’s floor-to-ceiling glass connect
the courtyard and integrates the indoors withthe exterior. Walnut ooring that wraps to the
walls, together with Calcutta marble and rich
fabrics, melts the simplicity of the architecture
with warm tones and inviting textures – allowing
sculptural furnishings and provocative artworto steal the show.

weathered chain hotel, the design team looked
to the flourishing local art community fo
inuence.
Taking the hotel lobby back to its original, pur
architecture offered a harmonious environmen
for art glass installations. It was critical that th
backdrop be minimal and neutral to allow th
art to be the focus. Art glass is incorporatedinto the architecture – the front desk, entr
doors, lobby chandelier and public restroom
sinks were all created by internationally know
artists. A cool blue glow floods the entranceand lobby bar through stacked glass wall
while the bar itself has a slump glass counter
illuminated from within.

一种“男士俱乐部” 的风格,同时又搭配了更具女性

Taking inspiration from the hotel’s very location –
striking glass and steel tower rising from the bank
of an historic river, the design team created the
sophisticated, inviting interiors of this four-star hotebased on contrast and balance – earth and watermodern and traditional, feminine and masculine.
The characteristic Palomar fireplace – thi
time clad in slabs of honey onyx – stands as a
sentinel, providing light, warmth and intimacin separate conversation groupings. With
a nod to a traditional Men’s club, the high
backed wing chairs mix with more feminine
curvilinear sofas and rounded ottomans. Taupand chocolate brown fabrics combine with
flourishes of magenta just as a tailored sui
might be accented by a beautiful silk tie.

The unique structure of the hotel was originall
conceived by the acclaimed architect Ralph
Kelman in the 1960s. The new hotel wa
designed to capture this prosperous Dallamomentum and create a sense of place that idistinctly Dallas.
Passing through the entry vestibule, the guest'
gaze sweeps upward. Rectilinear planes in
variable sizes, heights and painted ivory valueexecute a dynamic ceiling detail. This motif i

Contributing to the hotel's sense of place and

Guests enter on a wenge and white oak
chevron-patterned wood floor that creates

custom carpets with carved cream-coloured
tropical leaves. In the lobby, warm platinumwalls envelop the space, a soft palette to hos

At the reception and in the lobby area, coloure
accents welcome the guests. The highlight
here are the cuckoo clocks – typical German
clocks from the black forest – not adopted ithe traditional way. The usual world times ardisplayed by accentuating white cuckoo clock

with the charm and the tradition, the interio
designers reacted with a certain sense o

In the lobby, some different kinds of lounge
furniture are arranged, all in brown creamtones, tting well in this historical building. Th

在一座具有强烈米兰艺术特色的建筑中,设计师综合
考虑建筑特色与技术,最终决定用光线作为主要设计
元素,结合家居布置,完成了现在这个风格简约的酒
店设计。700平方米的大堂十分明亮,天窗和布满整
面墙的窗户给了室内足够的光线。室内设计师没有过
分干预室内空间,十分通透,只通过家具摆放划分区
域。家具的颜色只有单纯的黑白色,造型也非常简约
时尚,而作为主要设计元素的灯,造型设计也简单而
独特。有时候将灯具隐藏在建筑结构里,漫射的光线
更好地营造了室内氛围。

预算有限,所以法卡设计的室内陈设用的大多是他自
己公司的陈设品,再配上几件中世纪的点睛之笔,如
早餐室和休息室里的贝尔托亚座椅。接待台后面的一
块木质浮雕作品是视距套房酒店的标识设计元素,从
基调上透露出一种温暖的感觉,从现代的形态上体现
出一种精益求精。浮雕颇具现代感的几何外形让这里
的照明更有感染力,吸引着登记入住酒店或者离开的
客人们。

The concept was to create a space that felt mor
like a private apartment than an unfamilia
hotel room.
On a tight budget, Farca furnished the projecutilising pieces designed by his own company
combined with a few mid-century highlights
such as Bertoia Chairs in the breakfast room
and lounge. A carved wood relief behind the
reception desk is Stadia’s signature designelement, projecting warmth in its tone and
sophistication in its modern form. Its modern
geometries sensually affect the quality of ligh
that engages visitors as they check in and out othe hotel.

酒店大堂通过一个三层举架高度的空间和管理办公室

Such a height should be well explored for the
interior design of the lobby and this becomethe key for the designers. They divided thespace by a triple-height "glass box", on which

A similar pattern is adopted on the ceiling
resembling the pattern of brick walls. The gianorange pendant lamp makes the extremely
high space feel comfortable. At the bottom o
the "glass box", the black settees correspond
with the black lines. Here guests would feel th
grandeur of the space. The fervent colourfucarpet draws attention downward.

The Dominican is a new hotel that offers a
strong sense of history mixed with forward
thinking, eclectic design in the European
Union's capital city.
Guests enter the lofty, high-ceiling public space
and their breath is taken away by the attention

"dramatic intimacy". A stroll through the
Monastery Corridor evokes an almost medievafeeling of elegance with original Belgian ston

这是一个历史悠久的酒店翻新项目,位于一条曾以性
感闻名的街道上。酒店内部,古老与现代、室内与室
外的融合抛却了对立的界限。大堂采用了开放式的理
念,受当地历史的影响,显示了新与旧的联姻带来的
奇思妙想,或者说是一种“沧桑的时髦”,正如这家
酒店称其独特的设计为“悟性”。
DP建筑事务所赋予了大堂一种神秘的转瞬即逝的感
觉。滑动玻璃门将客人迎入一个宽敞的空间,举架很
高,墙面、承重柱和地面都采用白色磨石,更加凸显
了大堂的宽敞。建筑原有的天花原样保留,呈现出混
凝土、木材和石膏构成的不平整的表面,甚至天花板
上安装的风扇也是古物。
The New Majestic Hotel

The project is to revamp a historical hotel on
a street once known for its sex appeal. Inside
the juxtaposition of antique and modern
interior and exterior, pushes boundaries. Anopen-concept period-inspired lobby shows thimaginative possibilities of this marriage of old
and new, or "heritage chic", as the hotel call
its particular design savvy.
DP Architects gave the lobby an intriguingtransient feel. Sliding glass doors welcome
guests into a large, high-ceiling space with
walls, column supports, and floors in white
terrazzo that emphasise spaciousness. Thebuilding’s original ceiling was left stripped and
raw with an uneven surface of concrete, wood
and peeling plaster, not even the whooshing
antique Compton fans attached to it are new.

The T Hotel rises out of Cagliari’s future cultura
centre: the Parco della Musica, a verdant area
with fountains and gardens, in which the hote
and the Teatro Lirico hold centre stage, will alsocontain an open amphitheater, a contemporarart space and a theatrical stage design
laboratory.
The higher structures penetrate space with thei
blue and green colouration, much like highemusical notes, while the lower structures ll th
space with hues of red and orange, in rhythm
with the lower musical notes. Depending on

不丹 帕罗
帕罗乌玛酒店位于世界上最原始的国家之一,坐落在
一座小山上,是一家内陆度假村,周围环绕着冰雪盖
顶的群山、乔松林以及古老的山脉文化。度假村的设
计结合了传统的不丹技工:具有当地特色的细部点缀
着室内,墙面是当地艺术家手绘的,而建筑布局则模
仿传统的不丹村庄格局,有果园、草坪和花园。
一方面,设计师用了大量当地的木材、石材作为装
饰,将当地的自然资源带入室内,另一方面,设计师
也用了现代的装饰材料和设计手法,加入当地的装饰
元素,创造了特色而时尚的室内环境。
Uma Paro
Paro, Kingdom of Bhutan
Perched on a hill in one of the most untouched
countries on earth, Uma Paro is a dramati
inland resort enveloped by snow-capped
mountains, blue-pine forests and an ancienmountain culture. The resort was designedin collaboration with traditional Bhutanes
artisans: indigenous detailing adorns interiors
walls are hand-painted by local artists, and
the entire complex is arranged to resemble
traditional Bhutanese village speckled withorchards, lawns and ower gardens.
On the one hand, the designers used large
amount of local wood and stone as decorationbringing local natural resources inside. On th
other hand, they adopted modern material
and design approaches, together with loca
decorative elements, creating a characteristi
and stylish interior.

意大利 博洛尼亚
同其他文化交流中心一样,博洛尼亚是各种风俗习惯
以及语言文字的集散地。设计师正是从这一点上获得
灵感,将文字作为主要设计元素,借以传达各种不同
的文化。另一个他们极为感兴趣的方面是如何创建文
字和旅行的联系。
大堂的设计极具现代感,设计师选择了黑色、银白这
些带有现代科技色彩的颜色,造型设计简单而流畅。

Like any other meeting and exchange venue
Bologna functions as a crossroads of habits
customs, languages and thus also of writings
It therefore seemed to designers to beconsistent to adopt writing as the unifyingand descriptive element of this new "place
dedicated to tourism. This is why certain
languages/writings were chosen to denote
the convergence of the various cultures. The
other conceptual assumption that they foundparticularly interesting and synchronous with
the theme of designing places, like the one in
question, dedicated to movement is that of th
relationship between writing and travel.
The lobby is quite modern. The designers chos
black and silver – the colours reminiscent o
modern technology – to match the simplicit
style of the space.

意大利 里米尼
室内空间简洁而流畅,接待台以及后面的装饰墙的边
角都做了弧形处理,去掉了冷硬的棱角,巨大的黑白
装饰画布满整面装饰墙,充满时尚气息,在圆形立柱、天花板和地面上,特殊的纹理为空间增添了生
气,从天花板垂落的巨大的圆柱形灯具同样给人惊
喜,灯光从天花板照射在家具、地面和磨砂玻璃的指
示牌上,使客人感觉仿佛置身于奇妙的未来空间中。

The interior space is simple and clean. The
reception desk and the wall behind it are round
cornered in order to erase the hard edges. The
giant black-and-white painting spread on thewhole wall, adding some fashionable taste tothe space. The unique patterns on the columns
ceiling and floor effectively enliven the space
The giant cylinder-shaped lamp hung on the
ceiling offers an unexpected effect. Light beamare cast on the furniture, oor and frosted glas

德国 斯图加特
斯图加特及其周围地区无疑受到了汽车行业的巨大影
响。梅伦沃克对于汽车俱乐部来说极具吸引力,汽车
爱好者则视之如珍宝,他们在这个论坛上期待的不只
是展览。
作为酒店面对顾客的第一张脸,不大的酒店大堂风格
鲜明独特,洋溢着驾驶者的乐趣。接待台一侧直接摆
放着汽车,不远处还有一辆摩托。接待台上的标识、
墙上的海报同样强调着这一特色。摆放在入口处的红
色沙发,象征着酒店的热情和好客,欢迎每位客人来

In W Seoul Hotel, a striking lobby invites you to
travel inside and creates in its visitors reaction
and emotion. Its expressions are not minimalis
but they are certainly modern, bringing bacthe feelings of warmth, of all that is casual, bucomfortable in a modern way.
The designers challenged this grand-scaled
lobby of being lost and boring, thus making
it into a series of interesting focal points thaunite in a consistent effort and that can be
perceived from every corner and perspective
You may choose to slink into one of the egg
shaped chairs suspended from the ceiling andsip something cool, and then head upstair
where cabanas encircle the glowing first-floo
lounge, offering a private view of the action

The fountain's performance results in loft
plumes of water and fire that dance to musi
and permeate the lush surroundings. The
centrepiece of the entire atrium is an iconi
Golden Tree of Prosperity that rises up frombelow and dazzles with its golden leaves and
branches. The 21-metre-diametre gold cupol
in the ceiling features twelve sculpted, dynami
animals from the Chinese zodiac. The 11-metrediametre sparkling chandelier is composed o
21,000 crystals. Echoing the Chinese zodia
cupola is a dome of the western zodiac on the
floor. The 10-metre-diameter copper dome
engraved with 18th-century astronomic chartsfeatures twelve astrological signs.

大厅休息室占据了接待台旁边的一个连续的海湾形的

These curtains are a modern interpretation of th
Arabian mashrabiya, affording discretion and
privacy while allowing tantalising glimpses oickering movement. The pattern is reminiscen
of corals, sea urchins and anemones, and the
light casts intricate, decorative shadows onto
adjacent surfaces. The curtains also dene zone
within an otherwise free-flowing space. Themain seating zone is defined by a chandelie
reminiscent of a circling shoal of sardines.
