LOADCENTRAL RETAILERA LoadCentral Retailer is a one-stop reloading station that can sell popular prepaid cardproducts (e-load & Aload, prepaid call cards, prepaid internet cards, online gaming cards,etc.) without having any sort of physical cards in your possession. Retailers can sellprepaid airtime credits via mobile phone or PCs with internet connection.

1. Contact a registered LoadCentral Dealer in the local area or call LoadcentralCustomer Service Hotline (02) 441-2407 or send an SMS to the LoadCentral TextHotline 0928-506-7310

2. In the absence of a registered LoadCentral Dealer in hte locality, LoadCentral willinform the nearest registered Dealer to get in touch with the applying Retailer.

3. The registered LoadCentral Dealer will explain the procedures and if the applying

Retailer agrees to the terms and conditions of the Dealer, the Retailer will beregistered by the Dealer as a LoadCentral Retailer under his network.

You are now a Retailer of 639*********. Your password is 123456. To change, type-Changepw123456,send to LoadCentral access #.

3. Upon a successfull change password, Retailer receives text message like this:

SELLING VIA SMS / WEBTOOLSMS

1. Retailer types the Product Code that the buyer (end-user) chose and paid for:

Product CodeRetailer 6-digit passwordMobile no. of buyer, Send toLoadCentral Number.

2. Retailer and Buyer get a confirmation message from LoadCentral.

Retailer gets a text saying:

You have successfully made an e-pin sale (Product Code) to (Mobile no. of buyer). Yourwallet balance is Pxxxx.xx. Trace #: xxxxxxx

Buyer gets a text saying:

You have purchased (Product Code) (PIN). Thank you for using our service. Trace #:

xxxxxxx

LOADCENTRAL DEALERA LoadCentral Dealer registers Retailers and transfer LoadCentral wallet according to theiragreed payment solutions.

1. Contact a LoadCentral Representative by calling our Customer Service Hotline(02) 441-2407 or sending us an SMS to the LoadCentral Text Hotline 0928-506-7310

2. After a LoadCentral Representative initiates registration procedure, the Dealer willreceive text message from LoadCentral. It would read:

Account 639********* is now a registered Dealer. Password 123456. To change, type-Changepw123456, send to LoadCentral access #.

3. Upon a successful change password, Dealer receives the following textmessages:

REGISTER VIA SMS / WEBTOOLSMS

1. Dealer must first text:

2. The Retailer receives the text message:

4. Dealer gets a text confirmation from LoadCentral that the retailer is nowregistered with him.

TRANSFER VIA SMS / WEBTOOLSMS

1. Dealer sends the Retailer the agreed wallet amount by typing:

TransferDealer 6-digit passwordMobile no. ofRetailerWallet amount, then send to LoadCentral number.

2. The Retailer then receives the text:

Your wallet has been reloaded Pxxxx by 639xxxxxxxxx. Your balance isPxxxxx.xx. Trace :#: xxxxxxx

The retailer can now start selling!

3. The Dealer gets a text confirmation about the transfer of credits to his Retailer.
