In 1999 an agreement was signed with DaliemMotor Company of South Korea and enters the
motorcycle market with Adreno and Energy.
In 2006 strike forces shut down the Kanpur plant and
hence it had stopped national wide sales.
2007-work resumes , but only LML NV is produced
for the export market.
Re-entered the market with the model Select in2011.

Future Plans
Plans to enter southern market by 2013
Plans to retain 10% market share in motorcyclemarket and 20% in scooter market,
Launch Indias first 200 cc geared scooter and re-
launch LML Freedom , its best selling motorcycle. Through sub dealers LML plan to expand its
dealership network to semi-urban and rural markets.
Focus on export motorcycles to 12 countries .
Selling spare parts online. Setting up training schools in Mumbai, Culcutta,
Bangaluru, Kanpur and Noida.
