2 The Committee reserve the right to appoint other Judges in place ofthose who may be unable to attend

3 The Committee reserve the right to alter, amend or omit any part ofthe events in the schedule

4 Every person must may admission at the gate unless a valid pass isshown

5 The Committee reserve the right to disqualify any competitor orrefuse any entry without stating their reason for so doing

6 The Committee will not be responsible for any accident or loss whichmay occur in connection with any of the events at the Show.Competitors enter at their own risk

7 The Judges, Stewards, Committees decision is final

8 Produce and Cookery entries no later than 10:30am for judging at11am

9 No entry to leave the field before 4.30pm

10 All prize money to be collected before 5pm otherwise it will bereturned to funds

11 Any objection or protest must be handed into the Secretary’s Tent inwriting and signed within half an hour of the event, together with adeposit of £5.00 which will be forfeited should the Committee decidethe objection is not substantiated

12 Points for Trophies awarded as follows-

13 The Committee reserve the right to themselves the right to inspectany Exhibitors garden or farm after entries have been made

14 Trophies must be signed for and may not be collected prior to theofficial presentation
