I am to refer to your letter No.1(1)/94-5/Bldg'/1392 dated 07/10/2016 on the above citedsubject to convey the Administrative Approval and Expenditure Sanction of the CompetentAuthority for incurring an expenditure not exceeding Rs.30,24,702/- (Rupees Thirty LakhTwenty Four Thousand Seven Hundred Two Only) for the year 2016-17 for execution of thefollowing works:-

Repair and Renovation of MSME-DI, office building at Gaushala Road,Muzaffarpur .- RS.30,24,702/-

2. The expenditure will be debitable to the Demand No. 58, Ministry of Micro, Small andMedium Enterprises (MSME) for the year 2016-2017. The expenditure shall be accounted as!'ollows:

(i) Major Head 2851.00.102.98

(ii) Object Head 98.01.27 Minor Works under the planscheme "Provision for workshop/Trg."(iii) B.E General ONER Rs.9,00,00,000/-

(iv) RE -(v) Suppiementary General (SOG) if any -_(_vil Present Sanction Rs.30,24,702/-(vii) Total sanction including present Rs.7,06,87,042/-

Sanction(viii) Balance available Rs.1,93,12,958/-

4. Director, MSME-DI, Muzaffarpur shall furnish the quarterly progress report of thework and also expenditure incurred in consultation with CPWD authorities and ensuresutilization of fund with in the current financial year.

5. This issue as per diary No D-11030/3(3)/MSME(WC)/2007/23/N dated 16/12/2016and as per concurrence of IFW diary no.440/F/12 dated 07/09/2012. ~
