The results of our survey were challenging.
- unclear strategy & vision, people feeling disempowered, work overload, bad leadership..
So we started to discuss our structures.

good enough to start, - forcing people to exchange and meet - - irritating old thinking patterns and
evokes new thinking and perspectives.
