1/2 packet of Ziyad Brand Liyye 1 lb ground lamb or beef 1/2 cup minced flat leaf parsley 1 onion, finely minced 1/2 tsp Ziyad Brand Cinnamon 1 tsp Ziyad Brand Allspice 1/2 tsp Ziyad Brand Nutmeg Salt and pepper
