While you are at work or running errands, the highly trained staff offers activities that enhance cognitive abilities and interaction with others helping seniors to feel good— physically and emotionally. APPLICANTS TO THE PROGRAM are first interviewed at the center or over the phone, after which the applicant and/or family will decide whether the program is suitable for their individual needs. daily Scheduleof activitieS

7-9 early drop off and social time (morning beverages served on request)

9-10 snacks and devotion (Optional participation)

10-11 stretch and exercise time; Warm up exercises and stretching as tolerated (participants may exercise in seated positions for safety reasons.)

11-12 games and activities (painting, Crafts, seasonal gardening, Board games and Wii video games)

12-1 Hot Lunch (special diets accommodated)1-3 rest, relaxation and entertainment (Local

artists, special guests, Bingo or scheduled Field trips)

3-4 afternoon snack4-6 social time and pick-up

We will be taking our participants on special field trips, as tolerated, to the local coffee shop, restaurants, gardens, museums, parks and shopping centers throughout the year.

monthly calendars with tentative daily meals and planned field trips will be given out at the beginning of each month.
