ADORATION AND CONFESSION

“For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.” (Matthew 11:30) When we think of being good stewards, we may think that God is asking too much of us when He calls us to generously share our time, talent, and treasure. How-ever, we must remember that we are not “owners” of any-thing, we are merely “stewards” of the gifts God has given us. Soccer Referees Needed 2020 REFEREE TRAINING SESSIONS

The Holy Infant Athletic Association is looking for soccer referees. Adults and girls/boys in 7th grade and up are needed to referee for the upcoming season. Please e-mail Michelle Bess at MichelleBess486@gmail.com to be added to the ref list.

All referee training will be uniform throughout all of the districts. All districts will move to one standard online test. The test is planned to be 50 multiple choice questions. It will be open book. You can find the CYC soccer rules book at: www.cycstl.net (2019 rule book is posted).

* Click on Officiate * Under Resources, Click on Online Officials Testing * Click on 2020 Soccer Test * Choose West County as your district. Referees have two chances to pass the test. After that, if you want to try again, you will be referred back to the district.

Due to the coronavirus there will not be any in person training classes this year. Referees need to pass the online test before watching the video (which will be posted at a later date). The video will be approximately 1 hour long and have a few questions at the end. Michelle Bess will send updates regarding the video as soon as it is completed.

High School Visits Audi ons for The Young Catholic Musicians

The Archdiocesan-wide choir and orchestra of The Young Catholic Musicians will hold audi ons during June & July in prepara on for its 47th Year of ser-vice to the Church.
