For ACPs who have not submitted the fund utilization report/s (liquidation report/s) despite follow-ups made by the DOLE:

Include in the blacklist/s thereby prohibiting or disqualifying them to apply for any DOLE grants;

Enforce refund of grants made by the DOLE; and File the necessary lawsuit/s against the ACP.
