Important Reminders

• There are no IEPs in college

• Students are responsible for:

• Providing documentation of and disclosing their

disability to be eligible for accommodations

• Regularly advocating for their needs throughout the

term

• This level of advocacy will extend beyond the classroom

and into the student’s home and community.
