Starters- Spanish onion and cider soup, with gruyere crouton.

- Chicken and smoked bacon terrine with a pear and white pepper purée.

- Confit salmon, soused cucumber, and grapefruit dressing.

- Roasted pumpkin, cumin and pearl barley salad with a red pepper dressing.

Mains- Beef bavette, sarladaise potato, honey roasted parsnips, red wine and shallot sauce.

- Roast pork loin, sauté potatoes, roasted root vegetables, calvados sauce.

- Pan fried fillet of Seabass, braised savoy cabbage, parmentier potatoes, and sauce
