CARE & MAINTENANCE
NORMAL CLEANING
CLEANING WITH DETERGENT
Use a little amount of water on a cloth to treat a solid wood surface.
Before using this method try the recom-mended “normal cleaning” above.
If water only is insufficient, you can use a cleaning detergent. Please avoid using an aggressive cleaning product. Our advice is to use a detergent that is specifically for wood and does not contain bleach, sili-cones or abrasives.
We recommended trying a cleaning prod-uct on an unseen side first. For example on the bottom of the wooden furniture.

NORMAL CLEANING
CLEANING WITH DETERGENT
Use a little amount of water on a cloth to treat a laminate surface.
Before using this method try the recom-mended “normal cleaning” above.
If water only is insufficient, you can use a universal cleaner. Please avoid using an aggressive cleaning product. Our advice is to use a ph-neutral universal cleaner that does not contain abrasives. If necessary, scrub gently with a soft sponge, do not use anything abrasive so as to prevent surface from scratching. Afterwards, wipe surface down using clean water on a cloth.

NORMAL CLEANING
CLEANING WITH DETERGENT
Vacuum frequently, ideally once a week. Wipe upholstery fabrics made from poly-urethane with a dry or moist cloth. You may also vacuum clean with a soft brush.
Before using this method try the recom-mended “normal cleaning” above.
Remove stains by carefully dabbing with a cloth wrung out in warm water. Avoid edge marks by dabbing gently in circular motions towards the center of the stain. Remove greasy stains by using appropriate detergents or solvents.
We recommend testing cleaning products and stain-removal agents on an unseen area first to see the effect.

Vacuum frequently, ideally once a week. Dab PET felt with a dry or moist cloth. Do not rub! Rubbing can cause damage and bald spots.
Before using this method try the recom-mended “normal cleaning” above.
If stain remains, try adding more water. Due to its porous structure, PET felt can-not be damaged by water. Again, do not rub! Rubbing can cause damage and bald spots. Dab with a dry towel while PET felt is still wet.
For stubborn stains where just water is in-sufficient, you may use a cleaning product called the James cleaning set. Depending on the type of stain, James cleaning pro-vides different cleaning methods. Please read their manual carefully.
