Preparing to put your home on the Market

I will need from you … Copy of your most recent tax bill; The year your home was built; Copy of any covenants or items that appear on your title, if you have them; The monthly cost of your utilities; Any agreements that stay with your house (propane tank lease, alarm system, etc.) For strata, a copy of all bylaws, minutes of council meetings for past two years; and Keys.
