• Descrição: The project will involve 10 volunteers from Programme Countries, and will be implemented in Craiova basically in three communities were Rroma youngsters are living and studying (only in a separated manner from the Romanian pupils). The project aims also towards volunteer personal evelopment, providing them opportunities for intercultural learning and cultural awareness, new skills and abilities development, multilinguism and use of sport as educational tool. The project is divided in 5 main phases: a Capacity building training, the preparation of the activities schedule, through trainings and planning meetings, the implementation of the after-school non formal educational activities, the implementation of the Summer Camp and the Evaluation. Furthermore, during the whole duration of the project, weekly and monthly evaluation meetings will take place, in order to establish a constant reciprocal monitoring of the implementation of the project in between the volunteers and the project-coordinators.

• Descrição: project for 10 volunteers which will be working in different kindergartens, youth clubs and associations in Krakow. Some of them will be working with children with fewer opportunities – one kindergarten group with disabled children. Basically the volunteers will have two main tasks, first one will be taking active participation in daily life of their organization, and second will be to promote their own cultures and countries, and also intercultural dimension of their projects. We do think that it is worth to start such intercultural learning from the early beginning of children education – in kindergartens and primary schools, as for some children this will be first, and sometimes he only contact with people from different countries. By volunteers working in same field, but in different Hosting Organizations, thy will be able to exchange experiences, and maybe help each other to be more inventive. The junction between all these volunteers will be STRIM Association itself. The volunteers will have possibility to organize their meetings there, during which they can discuss their working methods, daily work, ideas and reflections. They will also take active participation in all our international and national activities. During such events the volunteers will have great possibility to widen heir knowledge about membership in the European Union, Intercultural Learning and non-formal education issues. The Strim volunteer will be responsible to write down all constructive outcomes of these meetings, rewriting them and then printing and also putting on his blog.

• Descrição: Fjp media is an organisation for young people working with the media in Sachsen-Anhalt. The volunteer will have three main areas of activity: organisation of educational events, the “politikorange” network and the “Medientreff zone!” area. The volunteer will be involved in all phases of the organisation of educational events (e.g. workshops), from the initial planning to subsequent evaluation. A particularly important event is the “Jugendtreffen”, a meeting of over 100 young people working in the media. The volunteer will also be active in the “politikorange” network, which offers the chance to meet high-ranking public officials while reporting on cultural and political events; the volunteer will also carry out an individual project in this area. The Medientreff zone! offers both an Open-Door area and a project area. The volunteer can assist users of this zone (e.g. school groups) in developing their own projects, and can also develop educational materials. A further area of activity is the practical support of school newspapers, e.g. through the provision of educational opportunities for student journalists.

The international focus of the Bildungsnetzwerk can be found in every branche and allows an oppurtunity to exercise a democratical and tolerant culture of cooperation. We are looking for an European Volunteer who's interested in media work (digital photography, webdesign), in working with social aims. At the beginning (August) you will attend an European Youth Exchange with young people from different countries (United Kingdom, Greece, Turkey, Germany), with different social and educational backgrounds. You will support the project leaders together with other volunteers during this 11 days, you will take part in every activity as well as a photo-workshop leaded by a professional photographer. With this essential background you can establish your own project/product to portrait, to debrief, to interconnect different people (most likely the participants from the Youth Exchange). S/he can make her/his own project or just help the team with existing projects. The volunteer can support the youngsters by writing a newspaper for the youth, should have the ability to design posters, flyers, viting-cards for the youth centre or a project organised by by the centre.
