CBOS HVAC system

This is a solution of A/C for a mechanical workshop. The characteristic of the mechanical workshop is the

production of workplace, and there is a small amount of equipment. Production personnel are not too

much. According to the characteristics of the space for the mechanical workshop, the selection of model is

recommended as CB-E065.

针对机械加工厂的空调解决方案,机械加工厂的特点为生产工作场所,机械加工厂有少量发热设备,机械加工厂

内生产人员不会太多。根据机械加工厂的特点,空调选型推荐如下:CB-E065机型。

经济效益评估:(Economic Evaluation)

一、 该机械加工厂需安装空调面积总计 1000 平方米左右,有少量发热设备,对温湿控制及节能有要求,依

据实际情况每平米所需制冷量平均按 350W计算,总需求的 350KW制冷量。

The total area is of about 1000 square meters for the wood plant, and there is a small amount of heat

source, and it requires the temperature and humidity control and energy saving features. Required

cooling capacity per square meter on average calculated based on the actual situation according to

350W, the total demand for cooling capacity is of 350KW.

二、 要满足该项目 350KW的制冷量,需使用 CB-E065机组 6套装机。

To meet the cooling capacity of 350KW, this project is needed to use six sets of unit (CB-E065).

三、 经济效益对比:传统空调满足 350KW制冷量的输入功率至少为 130KW左右,而 CB-E065机组 6套主机的

输入功率合计为 80KW,主机部分省电 38.5%,全年共计节省电费 9.6万元以上。(按 1年运行 8个月,1月运

行 30天,1天运行 8小时,用电按 1元 1度计算)

Comparison of economic benefits: the traditional air-conditioning input power (350KW cooling

capacity) is at least about 130KW, and the CB-E065 input power per set is of 13.3KW. The energy

saving is up to 38.5%. The annual saving is more than 96000 CNY. (According to 8 months per year,

30 days per month, 8 hours per day of operation, electricity by 1 CNY/1 degree calculation)

With the development of the information industry, improve the production process of fine for electronic

product performance and quality, the control of air cleanliness and production environment is become more

and more important. So is the standard design. According to the standard (GB50073-2001) and manufacturing

practical experience is applied to determine the cleanliness and the temperature and humidity requirements of

electronic factory. In the clean room purification design process of the project, whatever it is the new project

or the transformation of the old plant. In combination with their specific production process, production

processes and other requirements are used to determine the cleanliness, temperature and humidity which are

needed. According to the specific conditions of the project, while also taking into account the manufacturer's

economic capacity, integrated a variety of factors to determine the purification scheme, we can design that

meets the production requirements which are reasonable, economical and practical for party A.

随着信息产业技术的发展,许多电子产品性能、质量的提高和生产过程的微细化,越来越要求生产环境具有一定的空

气洁净度和环境的控制。所以一般是依据《洁净厂房设计规范》(GB50073-2001)以及电子产品的生产厂家实际经验

等来确定电子厂房的洁净度等级和温湿度的要求。在无尘车间净化工程的设计过程中,应根据该工程是新建工程或者

是旧厂房改造工程,并结合其具体的生产工艺、生产流程等要求确定其需要的洁净度及温湿度。再根据该工程的具体

情况,同时还要考虑到生产厂家的经济承受能力,综合各种因素来确定采用何种净化方案,这样才可设计出一个能满

足甲方生产使用要求、工程造价合理、经济节能实用的方案。

Low operative cost

The condensing temperature is very practical and economical design within the wet bulb temperature of 8.3 ℃,

the evaporative condensing saves at least 10% power consumption compared with the cooling tower and the

condenser system, and 30% power consumption compared with the air-cooled condenser system. The power

consumption for the evaporative condensing fan is the same as for the cooling tower and the condenser system

and about 1/3 compared with the air-cooled condenser fan under the same specification. Due to the pump for

low lift and reduce the flow of water, the power for the pump is about 25% compared with the power for the

cooling tower and the condenser system.

系统运行费用低

冷凝温度在湿球设计温度 8.3℃以内是非常实际和经济的,其结果是压缩机功率比其它的冷却塔/冷凝器系统节省

至少 10%的功耗,并且比风冷式冷凝器系统节省 30%的功耗,风机的功率与冷却塔/冷凝器系统的风机消耗的功率

Energy saving and environmental protection

Evaporative condenser integrates the cooling tower, the condenser, the circulating water tank, the circulating

pump and the pipe. Thus it reduces the cooling tower, water circulating pump, pipe, and other equipments. It

also reduces the fee of installation and processing for the cooling tower and the condenser system. Because of

the high efficiency by using the evaporative cooling heat transfer mode, it can effectively reduce the area of heat

transfer, number of fans, and the power for the fan motor.

节能和环保

蒸发式冷凝器把冷却塔、冷凝器、循环水池、循环水泵和水管综合为一体,这样减少了冷却塔、循环水泵和水管

等设备,也减少了冷却塔/冷凝器系统中处理与安装单个元件的费用。由于蒸发式冷凝器高效率地利用蒸发式冷却

Space saving

Evaporative condenser saves valuable space by integrating

the condenser coil and cooling tower, and there is no need

for the cooling tower and the condenser system that require

large pump and pipeline. Evaporative condenser requires

only that is about 50% windward area of the air cooling

condenser.

节省空间

蒸发式冷凝器通过把冷凝器盘管和冷却塔结合成一体节省了

宝贵的空间,并且没必要向冷却塔/冷凝器系统那样需要较大

的水泵与管路。蒸发式冷凝器只要求大约是相同规格的风冷式

Features (产品特性):

Principle of knowledge (原理知识):

Energy saving air conditioning unit made by CBOS solved the two

major problems in the area of evaporative condensing: First, the

evaporation efficiency is improved for the evaporative condenser.

Second, the cost is reduced for making the evaporative condenser. The

COP is above 4.4 and the EER is more than 8 and the power

consumption is as low as 30%~50% comparing with the traditional

air-conditioning. The product is in the global leading level for the

refrigeration industry.

The CBOS unit by using the plane film evaporative cooling

technology directly gets the cooling water temperature, closed to the wet

bulb temperature of the cooling water system, through the hot exchange

system. It reduces the power consumption and realizes the high cooling

efficiency for the water cooling system and the air cooling system. It has

highest system energy efficiency ratio which is able to provide the

alternative in refrigeration system.

冷博省电空调解决了蒸发式冷凝领域两大世界性难题:第一,蒸发式冷凝器

Principle of energy saving (节能原理):

The heat absorption of 1 liters of evaporation of water is 2270000 joules, which is equal to 2300BTU of cooling

capacity. The unique evaporative condensing patented technology using by CBOS is based on the principle, with

water as the cooling medium, using efficient evaporation net takes away heat of condensation. The cooling water

is uniformly distributed in the unique efficient cellular evaporation surface, forming hundreds times area of water

film. The exhaust fan drives the air flow across the water to make the water film evaporative. The temperature of

condensation water is reduced quickly.

HVAC refrigeration industry authority yearbook ASHRAE Handbook: According to the compressor

pressure enthalpy diagram, the condensing temperature is a reduction of 1 ℃ and the compressor energy

efficiency is improved about 3%. Energy saving air-conditioning condensing temperature can be as low as the

wet bulb temperature of environment. The condensing temperature is currently the lowest on the market for all

the air conditioning. The energy saving for the energy saving air conditioning is 30%~50% compared with the air

cooling air conditioning and 15~25% compared with the water cooling air conditioning.

Refrigerating system (制冷系统):

The system is used the enclosed scroll compressor with high-energy

efficiency imported internationally. The compressor has some characters

such as small vibration and reliable operation. The thermostatic expansion

valve (electric/capillary) with reliability and technology balances the

refrigerating system automatically under any operating conditions. The

evaporator and air-cooling condenser is used the tube and fins former with

high efficiency and low thermal resistance.

系统采用国际品牌全封闭涡旋压缩机,具有高能效比、振动小及运行可靠等特点。

采用进口名牌外平衡式热力膨胀阀,其技术成熟且可靠性高,具有任何情况下自

Fan system(风机系统):

Double inlet centrifugal fan is used in indoor. The character is that low noise, smooth

operation, small vibration, high efficiency, and long lifetime. The aerofoil fan with low noise

axial wind is used in outdoor. The advantage is that high efficiency, large air volume, and

low noise.

室内风机采用知名品牌双进风、低噪音离心式风机,具有运行平稳、振动小、噪音低、效率高及使

用寿命长等特性。室外风机也采知名品牌低噪音轴流风机,其效率高、风量大及噪音低等特点。

Control system (控制系统):

The monitoring system is supported multiple language and set default

language in Chinese. The information showing on display includes the

temperature, humidity, status, control parameters, and error code. The

interface is user-friendly designed and easy operated. The picture showing

on the up right is the CBOS’s model of the operational environment. The

picture showing on the down right is the CBOS’s model of the touch panel.

支援多国语言且內置中文显示控制器,具有温度、湿度和故障代码显示、工作状

态及参数查询,操作设定全部中文化显示,符合人性化的设计、精确的控制及简

Filter system (过滤系统):

Filters are permanent double nylon mesh, easy to wash off, and can be installed

high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter according to customer

Structure(机组结构):

The case is welded by using the heart shape that has the impact

resistance. The steel shell after molding is modified by the electrostatic

spray treatment. This procedure makes the shell bright, clean, and nice.

The steel shell is anti-carved, fireproof, anti-corrosive, and anti-rust.

Furthermore, the steel shell also isolates the noise.

机组外壳使用心型焊接方式,此方式抗冲击性强,外壳使用优质钢板成型后,以

静电喷塑处理外壳,表面效果亮丽光洁且美观大方,并具有防刮、阻燃、防腐及防

绣等特点,隔绝机组内部噪音,密封效果好。

Humidification system (加湿系统):

The humidifier is currently used the advanced computer controlled

system for the humidification and drainage. The automatic cleaning

procedure for humidifier tank is ensured that the status of humidifier is in

the normal stage. The cleaning process is also extended the lifetime of

product. Far-infrared humidifier is optional.

采用目前国际先进的电极式加湿系统,加湿量及进排水量均由电脑控制,加湿

罐自动清洗程序确保加湿罐维持正常的加湿效率,大大延长加湿器的使用寿

命。另有远红外加湿系统可选配。

Hose assembly & accumulator & compressor clutch (软管接头和干燥器

和压缩机离合器):

A combination of rubber and steel or aluminum pipes through which the

freon passes between the other major components. The accumulator is a

storage tank and filter for the freon. Its main purpose is to remove moisture

from the refrigerant. The purpose of the compressor clutch is that engaging

and disengaging the compressor.

结合橡胶与钢或铝合金管道,使氟里昂在其他主要部件之间通过。干燥器内储存

和过滤是用于氟利昂。其主要目的是利用制冷剂除去水分。压缩机离合器目的是

接合和分离压缩机。

Refrigerant & Schrader valve (制冷剂和施克拉德阀):

More commonly known as freon is the liquid or gas which passes through all

the other components in the air conditioning system (R22 / R407c / R410a /

R134a). The valve is where refrigerant is put into the system and system

pressures are checked.

俗称氟利昂的液体或气体可经过制冷系统中所有其他的组件(R22 / R407c / R410a

/ R134a)。阀门是控制冷剂进入系统和系统压力的检查。

Evaporator (蒸发器):

This is where the refrigerant evaporates from a liquid form back into a

gaseous form. As the refrigerant evaporates it gets very cold and allows

the interior to be cooled off.

这是一个从液态制冷剂蒸发成气态形式。当制冷剂蒸发时,它变得非常冷,

Constant temperature and humidity control system

Protection function (保护功能):

The unit is implemented some functions for protections, such as: motor overloaded

protection, short circuit protection, over current protection, phase sequence

protection, over heating protection, high pressure protection, low voltage

protection, discharge temperature protection, started frequently protection, blower

fault protection, air pressure fault protection, and humidified fault protection.

These features are ensured that the unit is under normal operation. The unit also

reserves the interface for the fire alarm system. When fire occurs, the system will

send the warning signal to the control system. The system receives the warning

signal and then shuts down the unit to protect the facility. The unit also provides

the interface module (RS-232/RS-485) and software for options.

机组具有电机过载、短路、过电流、相序保护、加热超温保护、压缩机高低压保护、压

缩机排气高温保护、压缩机频繁启动保护、送风机故障保护、风压故障保护、加湿器故

障保护等功能,为确保机组正常运行,机组留有火警信号接口与消防系统连接,当发生

火灾时,消防系统传送火警信号给控制系统之后,机组即进入停机状态。机组还提供了

The chart displaying on the up left side shows how the coefficient of performance (C.O.P.) varies with the input

power in different size of condensing area. The spending of electricity by using the air cooling, water cooling

and evaporative cooling is shown on the down left side. The evaporative cooling saves more energy.

Summary (总结):

CBOS series unit was tested in the testing room for 36 hours by heating the condenser environment to 38°C.

Despite the grueling heat, CBOS series unit was able to maintain temperatures at 14°C and relative humidity at

65% (±3%) inside the wine cellar.

CBOS系列单元在测试室内加热冷凝器到摄氏 38度测试 36小时。尽管残酷的热,CBOS系列单元能保持测试室温度在摄

Test Conditions (测试条件):

1. The cooling unit was tested in the testing room.

2. The CBOS series cooling unit was set to maintain 14°C (13°C "off" and 2°C Temperature Differential). The

short spikes reflect the cooling unit's auto-defrost cycle.

3. The temperature measurement was taken at the far wall (approximately 3m (300cm) from the cooling unit).

E series is the best solution, the model can use the letter,”CB-E” based on I, to represent it. The cooling capacity

is 72kW. The xxx letter can use the number, “072” based on II, to represent it. The wind blowing is out from the

top and in form the bottom. The wind blowing can use the number,”0” based on III, to represent it. The way of

cooling is used the water to cool down the plant. The way of cooling can use the number,”1” based on IV, to

represent it. Finally, the model of CBOS unit will use the letter,”CB-E07201”, to represent it.
