Note: Either of Parents can become Guarantor, if he / she have property in their name and are ready to mortgage it

UID  or PAN CARD or College ID card of Student Ration Card Bonafied Certificate by college / institute SSC & HSC mark sheet Jr. College Leaving Certificate Domicile certificate of student (issued by Tehsil) Income Certificate (issued by Tehsil office) Residence Certificate (Issued by Tehsil office) Caste Certificate (issued by Tehsil Office) [if JAIN is written in LC this is not required] Pratigyapatra (Affidavit) by applicant stating his residential address and Bank account details along with

photo of applicant and co-applicant stamped by Executive Magistrate Letter from Bank confirming details of Applicant’s Residential Address, Bank Details & IFSC Code Fee structure by college / institute showing full course fees along with hostel fees year wise required to be

paid (Colleges Brochure) Affidavit issued by Maha E Seva identifying and confirming that applicant is identified and it is to be signed

by both Maha E Seva officer and Magistrate of local court

Govt. Issued Photo ID of co applicant i.e. Parent Notarised Self declaration (Affidavit) by applicant and co-applicant stating that they have not taken any

educational loan
