LISSETTE LAGOSINTERIOR DESIGN PORTFOLIO
By far all the classes that I’ve been taking in school have helped me significantly on In-terior Design process. As well as all the places that we have visited as part of class, many of them have taught me many things that I was not aware that designers use on their designs or even use as part of a room.
My inclination for interior design has been around my whole life but did not discovered until I decided to take an introduction to an interior design class, majority of the things de-scribed I definitely felt part of it. Always liked
being creative, learn part of the architectural features of the buildings, understanding func-tion of the spaces, learn technical solutions, interact with different colors and also learn the energy of every space.
Every class has made a significant change on my ideas and inclination for design. After taking color class I learned that colors can be combined and create new colors every single time. The mood that I always go for is a calm, quiet and relaxing but with a touch of something different which at some extend describes a bit of my personality as an indi-
vidual. Elements, building system, rendering and most of the classes that I have taken had also taught me how elements work in a space, how is a building created and what are the important elements, how people can adapt to the new spaces created, as well as according to their life style. Now I see the interior design world in a whole different level, every time I see a building, house or apartment I think of all the things that I have learned and things that I still need to learn about this incredible world.

Concept: Contemporary, artistic, comfortable and spacious would best de-scribe the overall mood of the space. Much of the in-terior will have wood and neutral colors, with a cou-ple primary. The sapce will be supported by contem-porary and minimalistic feel and serve as the perfect backdrop to display the showcase of the art work collected by them, as well as some of their photo-graphic work. The furniture will be modern with solid textured fabrics which will provide a clean, smooth, comfort and subtle visual
