of cxpendituTPS and purposes therefor
'until fully expended. The Certifying
Officer of the Department of Labor shall
advise the Territorial Auditor when all
sums in these appropriations are so
expended but in no case shall said
appropriations, or encumbrances thereunder,
extend beyond September 30, 1974 for
Neighborhood Youth Corps and December 10,
1974 for Operation rfainstream, and June
30, 1975 for Occupational Safety. In no
instance shall expenditures under this
authorization exceed the sum of Seventy-
Eight Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty-
Seven Dollars ($78,927) for the Neighbor-
hood Youth Corps and Seventy-Five Thousand
TivO Hundred and Tivent)' Dollars ($75,220)
for the Operational Mainstream Program,
and Thirty Thousand Dollars for
Occupational Safety and Health."
