    (c) The interest from the investment of said Bum shall

    be appropriated by the Legislature, ~hich ahall be 80

    indicated in the appropriation for the operation of the

    land grant program of the University of Guam."

    Section 26. The interest in the amount of Two Hundred

    Forty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Eight Dollars ($246,678)

    in the University of Guam Land Grant Endowment Fund is hereby

    appropriated and shall be transferred to the General Fund Un-

    appropriated Surplus to be used for the operation of the Land

    Grant program of the University of Guam during the fiscal year

    1975. Subsection V.A.u.7 of Section 2 of Public Law 12-150 is" '.

    (d) If any judge or justice who has elected to bring

    Retirement Fund relinquished the office by resignation

    or otherwise, and he is not entitled to any salary, such

    the Government of Guam Retirement Fund in the same manner

    (e) Upon the death of a judge or justice Hho has

    and assigned by the prcsiding judge of the Superior Court

    duties in any court of the territory of Guam as he is

    willing to undertake •

    (b) No retired judge or justice shall perf01,·w

    judicial duties except when designated and assigned.

    (c) All designations and assignment of judges or

    justices shall be filed with the clerk and entered on

    the minutes of the court from and to \"hich made.

    Section 81.6. Powers upon designation and assignment.

    (a) A judge or justice shall discharge) during the period

    of his designation and assignment) all judicial duties for

    \'lhichhe is designated and assigned. He may be required to

    perform any duty ,.,hichmight be required of a judge of

    the court to which he is designated and assigned) provided,

    however, that such judge or justice shall not be designated

    or assigned to hear any felony case.

    (b) Such judge or justice shall have all the powers

    of a judge of the court to which he is designated and

    assigned) except the power to appoint any person to any

    position or designate permanently a depository of, funds

    or a newspaper for publication of legal notices.

    (c) A judge or justice who has sat by designation
