Incident ReportingOur vision is an environmentally safe and incident-free workplace. We are committed to providing a safe work environment for everyone. Incident reports and investigations will be completed for ALL injuries, accidents, property and/or product damage and serious near misses.

Injury Notification• If the incident involves an injury,

HealthForce must be called.• If the injury is life threating or needs

immediate attention, call 911 and notify HealthForce when it’s possible to do so.

A thorough investigation will be conducted which may include an incident review. Facts will be collected and analyzed to determine the cause of the incident.
