What is Liqueur.?

Liqueur is a sweetened and flavoured spirit (either fruits ,herbs, nuts etc) and must contain at least 2.5% of sugar by weight.

Liqueurs is an ABV (Alcohol By Volume) typically between 15-30% but as high as approximately 55%.
