Dear Participants

Here are a number of points that must be considered regarding your presentation at The

International Conference in Biotechnology 2012:

For oral presenters:

1. As this is an international conference, the official language is English. The power pointslides must be prepared in English, as well as the spoken language during the presentation

including the question and answer session.

2. Each presenter will be given 10 minutes to present their talk and 5 minutes for question andanswer. Question and answer will be held at the end of each presentation.

3. Please be at your designated room and session at least 10 minutes early and have your powerpoint file ready.

For poster presenters:1. All poster contents must be in English. The poster must be printed in portrait layout with size

85 x 100 cm (in the portrait format).

2. Each poster presenter is also expected to present their research to the audience forapproximately 2 minutes. Please prepare 2 slides, including 1 slide for introduction and aim

of study and 1 slide for results. The schedule will be given on the first day of the conference.

3. When you register on the day, you will be given a number that corresponds to yourdesignated poster area. You will need to put your posters up as soon as you have received

your number.

4. Please be at your designated poster area during the poster presentation session. This willallow other presenters and participants to ask questions regarding your research.
