File sharing will make your job easier

Saves time Increases the security

Loss of data due to no backup Installing a server will take a

significant amount of time and an expert is needed for setup

The network is not secure enough

SOLUTION

Having a server where everybody saves their work, will lower the possibility of losing data instead of using a jump drive or copy the data to a CD

It will save time by having a folder where the authorized users can share information instead of sending e-mails, especially with large size files

By installing the Samba server, it will be easier to control the shared files, and make the network more secure
