No. 1 performer in India in the third quarter’07 [Jan-Feb’07]

1st hat trick performance of Karnataka in Jan’07.

Duration: March’03 to June’03 (Four months)

Summary of the work done: Surveyed the after-sales-service vis-à-vis its competitors [Whirlpool, Samsung, Electrolux, LG] in Pune, suggested new ideas for improvement, which were implemented and improved its service levels and in turn, its customer-satisfaction.
