INirtODUCiION

There are 4 bl.ocks (35 units) in the property, Claim L-3013918 (9 units) L_4208030 (4 units) are ~omposed of 13 units located in Elliott townShip.

On April 10, 2005, a new east/west baseline was turned off the 800M line post between the #2 and #3 corner posts of claim L-30113918. The baseline goes for a total distance of 1,205 meters.

PiCKet lines were turned off at every SO meters, 360 de~rees north and 180 degrees south and statio~z were cut and measured every 25 meters.

LOCATION AND ACCESS

The two claims that make up the ~·3S Property have a cor.~on ooundary along the Elliott-Clifford Townsh;o line. The line h!s ~!~!r o~~n established by legal survey, and itls ~osition on the grounc is a cest estimate. Co-ordinates of 48 degrees 21 minutes north latitude and 79 degrees SO minutes west 10ngtitude are located approximately central in the claims (HTS 320/5).

The Elliott-35 are in th~ Larder Lake Mining Division, and they are within the jurisdiction of the Kirkland Lake Resident Geolo­gist. Access is fro~ Kirkland lake towarcs the east for 13 kilometers t~ the Harker-Holloway road (Highway 672). Follow 672 north for 24 kl1om~ters to the claims. Highway 672 traverses across most of the property. Other access is available due to logging operations.

~GIONAL GEOLOGY

The general area, which includes Elliott and Clifford Town­ships, is underlain by Archean Volcanic Suites belonging to the AbftJbi Subprovince. Superior Province of the Canadian Shield. The volcanic rocks are intruded by a variety of related mafic to felsic stocks sills a~' dykes. Later Precambrian dykes of diabasic c~position and textur~ trend in a north-westerly, northerly or northeasterly direction and have filled in along pre-existing structures (see Jansen, 1975 and 1978).

The general area can be defined as being hounded on the south by the Larder Lake Fault and on the north by the Oestor­Porcupine Fault, both regional J east-west trending structures along which are major gold mining camps such as Ti~1ns. Harker-Holloway, Kirkland Lake. Yirginiatown and Val O'or. A major east-west trend­ing syclfnorhlll is present bebteen the bo faults. The younger Blake River Greup is flanked on the north and the south by reeks of the Klnojevis Group. (See Geological Setting). The southern contact between the two groups is much more structurally affected than is the northern contact.

Rocks Qf the Kinojevis Group are to a large extent composed of iron tholeiites. Such iron-rich composition is reflected in bands of high magnetic susceptibility alternating ~ith bands of lesser magnetism. The weaker ZOnes of magnet1~ outline sequences of sedi­ments and/or calc-alkaline volcanics. The contact ~ith the overlying Blake River Group can be defined from air magnetic data, however a zone of vertical gradation up to a mile wide mayor may not be pre­s~nt. Subtle magnetic varia t ions wh ich may represent economica lly slgnificant features (Kimberlite pipes or alteration zones) can easi­ly be masked within the Kinojevis Group.

Blake River Volcanic Rocks are composed of calc-alkaline minerals. Massive and pillow flows occur in sequence with pillow and pyroclastic breccia and lapilli and ash tuff. Chemically they represent rhyolite, dacite, andesite and basalt. Rocks of the BlaKe River ~roup underlie the.base metal camp of Horanda, Quebec. Eas~­ern Cl,fford and Ben HevlS Townships have several base metal showlngs as well as relatively more bed rock exposures then has the A!J. Group.

little magnetic expression is present over the Blake River Group. Beca.use of tIlis circular and linear magnetic bodies are trace ... able over great distances. Certain discrete circular features defined by higher magnetic susceptibility are known to be Kimberlites. The 1(oC1; of emplacement for kimberlites is structurally controlled Brummer et al, 1992 and 1~92). A cluster of seven kimberlJtes OCcurs b~bteen 10 a.nd 19 kilOOleters south of the AM Claims (see erurrmer 1 ~ £h and McClenaghan, 1993). /

. «North-south trending structural elements have been identi-fled as important factors in the localization of Kimberlite bodiesD. (Barron, 1992). The Canyon·Esker Lakes Fault extends from north of The New Buffonta Property towards the south. It is overlain by the Munro Esker for at least 25 kilometers in Clffford, Arflold and Gauthier TO'lmships. south from Highway 66. I t crosses both the Oes tor-Porcupine and the Larder Lake faults. Four pipes are located adjacent to it in Arnold Township. Kimb~r11te dykes also occur adjacent to major struc-tures. :

To date, the search for Kimberlites has been related to selecting high magnetic, circular features from afrborne data. Recall that K1mberl ite pip~s can be defined by relatively 10," r.~;netis;n, by no magnetic variation and with or without a conductivity expression. Sitailar scenarios can be develope': for both gold and base metal lI1odels.

TOPOGRAPHY -The cla111l unit covers eight mlnfng clafl1l$. There are three

large exposed outcrop shcwfngs in this unit. A large creek crosses the property with Nny small cr-ainage creeks feeding into this creeA:. The vegetation ranges frem pine. balsam, alder baggs to cpen tiiTl:ler cut areas. The Barrick hydro li~e runs north through the claim group.

a} McPhar GPel Proton Magnetometer

This system uses a back'I'Iard motion of spinning protons of a hydrogen atom within fluid of hydrogen and carbon. These spinning magnetic protons are caused to have two opposite poles b:t applying a rmgnetic field using a current within a coil of wire. When the current is stopped, the protons precess about the earth's magnetic field and in turn generate a small current in the wire. The fre­quenc), is proportional to the earth's total magnetic field.

The instrument used for this survey was a McPhar GP-Bl Proton Magnetometer. More information about the survey and instrument can be found on the Technical Oa ta form found in the back of th i s re­port.

The VLF-ErllI1etnod uses as a source. one of the m.a in submarine

communication transmitters In the 15 to 25 kHz band found throughout the world. .

VLF instruments are capable of picking up these structures that change the direction of the waves by using the tilt angle of the major axis of the polarization ellipse. The direction of tilt indi­cates the direction of the conductor.".~

The VLF easily illustrates the location of the upper limit of dipping structures which can be seen or plotted as VLF profiles as areas of greatest change in tilt angle per unit of distance.

ihe instrurn~nt used in this survey was a Geon;cs EM-16.

The two stations used were Cutler, ~~ine, 24.0 KHz and Annapolis, ~~ryland. 21.4 KHz. More information !bout the survey and instrument ca~ be found on the Technical Data Fo~ in the· back of this report.

O;~~~VAi]OH AND CONCLUSIONS

~~gnetic Survey 2005:

The magnetiC relief varied between 61,206 gammas and 57,463 gammas .. ;.,,~ (difference of 3,743 gammas).

The datumn was substracted at 57,000 ganmlas.

The field Map No. S35/2005/mag can be found at the back of this report. The magnetic trend is northeast to east direction.

There are no high magnetic circular anomalies noted in the section of the new grid.

Through the center section of the grid a large magnetic low anomalie '­is mirrored by two high magnetic anomalies. The low anomalie may possibly be a large north/east fault or shear zone in the same direction as the magnetic trend.

There are (3) large overburdened outcrops in the section.

Electromagnetic Survey:

The field data is presented on a map at a horizontal scale of 1:25000, Map No. S35/2005/vlf. Cutler, Maine was used in this survey.

Cutler, Maine showed 3 anomalies in the survey.

C4 - PL450E to PL800E 015S.

CONCLUS IONS

The topography of the area is the south slope of an over­burdened outcrop to a flat, wet cedar swamp. The quadrature is negative.

C5 - PL 450E BOOS to PLBOOE 6255. The contact crosses the north ridge of a large overbur­dened outcrop. The quadrature ;s negative.

C6 - PL450E 1300S to PLBOOE 1245S. The topography of the area ranges from the north slope of an overburdened outcrop. Quadrature is positive.

Since there has not been a Geological Survey run over this ground in' the_past and due to the results of both the magnetic and electromagnetic surveys, a vertical loop EM unit should be run to further clarify the origins of the magnetic high and low systems.

A small stripping and trenching program to help clarify the origins of the electromagnetic conductors is being looked at.
