1. Divide circle into equal central angles to obtainequal Intercepted arcs.
2. Draw stretch out line from the front view3. Measure the intercepted arcs in the top view andlay it off on the stretch out line to complete its approximate circumference
4. Project the altitude/height from the front view
5. Attach upper and lower bases (circles) on any points of the stretched circumferential line

1. Approximate length of the intercepted arc.
2. Equal to the approximate length of the intercepted arc.

6. Construct ellipse by the approx. ellipse method
3. Project the altitudes of the respective elements from the front view to the lateral area
Divide circle into equal sectors.
7. Attach the bases at the correct tangency point without overlapping other views..

6. measure lengths of the elements when all elements are equal7. Attach the upper & lower edges to any bounding edges
