II.2 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO COMPLETE THE CHECKLIST BY THE EXAMINER
a) The examiner must complete this checklist instrument for the Tasks and accompanying Tools set.
b) Please read the quality indicators/minimum standards under each criterion and accurately report on how
the Tasks and Tools comply.
