Last year we built over 2,000 homes. Yet every one of our projects
starts with a blank sheet of paper. Wherever they are in the country.
We try and make sure that every development will be as appreciated
by the local community as it will be by the customers that will live in

developed an ambitious growth plan for the
coming years. And we have already begun
to implement this plan. We already have a
substantial land bank to fuel our expansion.
Yet we are deterimined not to loose sight of
our greatest ambition. To give every single
customer an exceptional experience based upon
the knowledge and the passion of our people.

Our three year plan outlines our ambitious growth from
building 1,700 homes in 2010 to 3,700 homes by 2014.
Our combined years of local knowledge and experience are the foundation upon which our expansion will be built

in March 2011, Galliford Try’s five regional housebuilding brands were united under the Linden Homes banner.
We now operate as one national brand from Devon to Teesside. This means
the whole business can benefit from shared skills, expertise and scale. But it
is just as important that we retain the flexibility, creativity and passion at the
local level that have been the foundation of our success.
Our strong and intelligent financial and sales strategy during the difficult
market has meant we are in a strong position to take advantage of the
expected upturn. We have invested heavily in our most precious commodity
- land. And we expanded to eleven regional Offices, three being opened
in the last 12 months alone. Our plans for growth are aleady being put into
action, and we are course to take our place amongst the highest rank of uK
housebuilders wihtin the next three years.
Together we are united in our desire to work together and deliver excellent homes,
built with passion and integrity. Homes that appeal not only to our purchasers,
but which serve and complement the local community and environment.

Located on the south Cornish Coast at st Austell
Bay, the two to five bedroom houses enjoy direct
access to Duporth beach and have been created
in an eclectic mix of architectural styles to form
a stunning seaside community.
Two Coves has been nationally recognised
as an innovative and creative project. it has
been nominated in the Best Design category
at the 2011 Housebuilder Awards and as such
recognises the effort made to create beautiful
homes which work in harmony with their
environment. The awards are the most coveted
in the industry as they recognise the companies

our homes to include the latest advances in
technology and lifestyle. This is based on
continuous feedback from our customers - every
year we undertake an independent survey to
make sure we are listening to what our customers
are saying.
We believe in treating our customers the way
we’d like to be treated ourselves. it’s not just what
we say, but what we actually do that proves our
commitment. it’s about believing that everything
we do, no matter how small, can make a difference
to our customers - whether it’s building, planning
or marketing.
The latest findings tell us that 96% of Linden
Homes’ customers would recommend the
company to their friends and family. in addition,
the HBf national surveys reveal excellent
customer service results for Linden Homes with a
4 star rating.

We have implemented a 10-step Customer
Charter, to explain to customers the level of
service that customers can expect from us. And
we undertake a 24-point check of each home
and issue a quality assurance certificate before
purchasers move in.
We have been actively involved in encouraging first
time buyers into the market with a range of exclusive
products to help make home ownership more
accessible. As well as our own initiatives we have
worked with the Government on their Homebuy Direct
and FirstBuy schemes.

We have always aimed to build the most energy efficient homes
possible. After all, it makes good commercial sense. As part of
our green credentials, we encourage the use of environmentally
friendly materials and features. We strive to include renewable
energy products like solar panels, wind turbines, ground source
heat pumps and rainwater harvesters. And to use locally sourced
materials and skills.
But we are always looking to go further. Our development at
Oak Meadow uses a number of heat, energy and water saving
technologies, and has won sustainable Development of the Year
at the ‘What House?’ awards. Or Graylingwell Park which has a
carbon neutral footprint and a 100% reduction in CO2 emissions.
These are examples of how we are integrating technology and an
open minded approach to make sure our homes have a positive
legacy for the future.

Graylingwell Park is a historic site one mile from
Chichester city centre. With lovingly converted
period buildings and innovative new homes, it sets
the benchmark for future developments.

stunning. But we’ve gone much further, with
every effort being made to ensure that the whole

carbon neutral footprint. We have achieved a 100%
reduction in CO2 emissions. This has been achieved

The development has a brand new energy centre
that provides all heating and hot water. The
individual homes have Photovoltaic roof panels to
reduce energy consumption. There’s a sustainable
drainage system. And we’ve even looked at a
green travel plan to promote more environmentally
friendly modes of transport.
