Quicklub Systems have beendesigned to meet the toughestrequirements of machine lubricationwith grease or oil. Their operation isbased on the reliable progressiveprinciple in which the lubricant isdispensed by a piston pump viaprogressive plunger metering devicesto the lubrication point. The lubricationoccurs in metered, timed intervals at amaximum pressure of 350 bar. Thusthe lubrication of bearings with highback-pressures is also guaranteed.The pump can serve up to threeindependent lubrication circuits, eachwith its own pump element, consistingof numerous lubrication points. Thesystem is easy to monitor andensures that the right quantity ofgrease is supplied to the lubricationpoints.

SSV-D metering devices areadjustable per outlet pair thusenabling an accurate matching tolubricant requirements. The meteringoccurs within the metering block viametering screws that are available in10 different sizes.

On the surface, heatexchangers extract the energy form thewater. The GEIE geothermal plant inSoultz/France uses a lubrication stationwith a Lincoln high-pressure multilinepump type P215. This unit lubricates theguide bearings of the expansion pipe inthe supply line.
