THE NJ PAY FOR PERFORMANCE PROGRAM or existing buildings is an incentive

program available or commercial, industrial, and multiamily buildings with a peak demand in

excess o 100 kW in any o the preceding twelve months. As an approved NJ P4P prgram partner,

Lime Energy has extensive experience in identiying, designing and installing comprehensive

energy saving solutions capable o reducing the existing energy consumption o your building

by 15% or more, as required to qualiy or the incentive.

Pay or Perormance incentives are awarded upon the satisactory completion o three program

milestones: Complete energy reduction plan, installation o recommended measures, and valida-

tion o Post-Construction Utility Reduction. Lime Energy has achieved these milestones with

customers throughout New Jersey. Lime Energy also recommends and implements additional

energy incentive programs oered by the State.

Spotlight CustomerATLANTICARE

Lime Energy worked with three AtlantiCare locations throughout Atlantic County , NJ to create and

implement a comprehensive energy savings plan that allowed the customer to qualiy or the NJ Pay or

Perormance incentives. Lime perormed energy audits, identified and validated energy measures, and

implemented a comprehensive utility plan that reduced AtlantiCare's energy consumption by up to 20%.

LIMES INTEGRATED PLATFORM = RISK REDUCTION & INCREASED INCENTIVES

A key success actor to the project was Limes ability to also perorm the retrofit design specifications and

constructing o the energy saving measures. This integrated approach compressed the overall project

timeline and reduced many areas o risk associated with retrofitting existing acilities. Additionally, Lime

will be providing the energy validation to maximize P4P incentives back to AtlantiCare. The comprehen-sive solution was implemented rom design through implementation with no operational impact to the

hospital's schedule.

AtlantiCare is an integrated system of services designed to help people achieve optimal health. Its more than 5,170employees and 600 physicians serve the community in more than 60 locations.

ATLANTICARE & NJ P4P

Under the NJ P4P program, AtlantiCare is guaran-

teed hal o the 15% incentive dollars which they will

receive ater close-out and project walk through by

the NJBPU to insure work reported was work

installed. Ater a (1) period o monitoring utility

reductions and vaildating the 15% reduction, thehospital will receive the balance o the incentive.

AtlantiCare will maximize the P4P incentive by

achieving a 20% overall utility Reduction. See below
