5k/10k Training Lillie Inspired Training Programs provide Group Training Runs with over 40 years of coaching and training experience. If you want to get strong and feel prepared for your summer and fall races, these programs are for you. You will receive training schedules that will map your weekly workouts to help you meet your goals. You also will receive weekly updates by email discussing running, including information on injury prevention tips and help with goal orientation information. We also support you by supplying clinics every other week which includes extra strength and balance training. In the summer of 2014, I was talked into by a friend to sign up for the Princess 5K at Disney World in 2015. The only running I did was up and down a soccer field and as you know that is a really different kind of running. To prepare for this, I signed up for the Gazelle World Run Day running program in the fall of 2014. I then participated in my first Borgess Run Camp in 2015 which I really enjoyed. I was all set to sign up for Gazelle's 5k training program the summer of 2015 and was asked if I'd be willing to be a coach. I agreed and have been a coach for their 5k programs for three years. I also have been a team leader with Borgess Run Camp for two years. I've only run 5k’s and I am a big fan of interval running.

Running has been a part of my life since I was six years old. I have had the great opportunity to work for Gazelle Sports in the running footwear industry for years and then I created my own business working on injury prevention and sports performance for runners. I am excited to lead another summer of 5k and 10k runners to help them meet their goals.

Paul EmenheiserI started running after watching a half marathon and was totally inspired to try and do it myself. Since then I've been running and racing and enjoying every minute. Over 10 years ago I became a coach for triathlon training. Triathlon is my true passion but I love coaching people to meet any goal. As a coach is my goal to help people reach their potential and get to the finish line.

I began running again about 8 years ago when my daughter asked me to run the Girls on the Run 5k with her. I’ve been running ever since. I started by joining a Gazelle Sports couch to 5k program. After doing a few of these programs the fine people at Gazelle Sports asked if I would like to coach the programs. I couldn’t turn down such an amazing offer from people who did so much to support me. I have now coached for the previous 5 years. I’ve coached couch to 5k, 5k run, and 10k groups. What keeps bringing me back is the joy of watching people achieve their goals and surpassing them.

Ann Pierluissi is in her 4th year as a team leader for run groups. She especially likes the10k during the winter months and 5k during the summer months. She has led teams in the Borgess run camp as well as Gazelle Sports and is now with Lillie Inspired as a run coach.
