What Are My Costs?

• Cost of DEWA bills• Cost for internet connection

• Cost of general maintenance and repairs, including upkeep, painting, changing of light bulbs, etc, which are not

caused by the tenant.

For every booking, we charge a security deposit which we keep until we have ensured that there are no damages

caused during the tenant’s stay. We do not charge the tenants, however, for general wear and tear of

the property.

Please provide us with your bank details and we arrange an automatic transfer at the end of every month after deducting our commission and other costs our have asked us to cover.

How Involved Do I need To Be?

What Is The Leing Process From Sta To Finish?

• Upon request, we will provide you with landlord information material that will clearly explain how your

property must be prepared for the short term rentals market.• We make an appointment with you to visit your property and

advise what we can market the property for and the average occupancy we believe we can achieve.

•• Once you make the decision to proceed, we will mutually sign terms & conditions after which we will take pictures of your property to

begin the leasing.• We continue to market your property and take booking on your behalf, managing your property until the end of the contract.

We are here to do the job, you do not need to be involved at all. However, please provide a contact number in case we need to

reach you in the occasion there is an emergency. The more information you provide us with, the less likely

we will have to contact you as we would then be well informed and take care of the tenancies in your property.

What if I need to furnish my apa ment and get it ready?

In case required maintenance, will you be able to help?

We have a couple of contractors with whom we can arrange any maintenance that

needs to be taken care of such as painting, AC maintenance, electrical work etc

We can help you take care of furnishing your apartment and getting it ready as per the short tem rental

agreement with us. We will assist from start to finish, helping with both the design and delivery.
