This course discusses Surge Protection and in particular provides a basic understanding of BS EN 62305 Part 4. The main aim of the course is to provide the delegate with enough information to confidently select their own or interface with end customers with respect to the selection of the correct surge protection devices to suit a range of applications.

Suitable for different earthing systems, Weidmuller surge arresters are tested in accordance with IEC 61643-1. All are easy to install in small to medium-sized electrical cabinets and have been specifically designed to ensure that both industrial and building applications meet BS EN 62305 Part 4.
