LIGHTfaktor transformed Container Bar - a bar made of

shipping containers - into an 80’s rock music venue for

an Indeed social with over 500 people. High End Systems

Shapeshifters electrified the crowd, and with no shortage of

haze and bubbles to amp up the vibe, partygoers danced

the night away to Austin’s Spazmatics. The design was

complete with custom branding and gobos, projection

mapping and company branded color palette.

Known as one of Formula One’s most elite after parties,

Amber Lounge came to Austin’s Grand Prix and brought

its A-list with it. LIGHTfaktor transformed the Coppertank

Event Center into a three night VIP disco with moving lights

galore and DMX 3-Zone custom crystal chandeliers to set

the mood. The ambiance was complete with custom video

projections and branding throughout the venue.

For Rio’s 1-year anniversary, they wanted to go big. That

meant a rooftop pool party with kangaroo shaped blowups,

water fights, and the wild New Zealand DJ duo known as

the Stafford Brothers. LIGHTfaktor came prepared to party

with two 4MM LED video wall towers as the backdrop and a

custom pixel DJ booth made at Redbull’s request. The video

wall was stocked with endless 3D content and wireless

cameras were set up to weave in video of the partygoers

dancing – a true crowd pleaser!

Following in the tradition of VIP popup parties surrounding

the Formula One circuit, Blu at the W premiered in tandem

with Austin’s first Grand Prix. With the W Hotel ballroom as

a palette, LIGHTfaktor brought in truss and an arsenal of

moving lights to create a club atmosphere in an unexpected

environment. Custom chandeliers and floor sculptures

added the finishing touches and resulted in much of Blu’s

signature branding. LIGHTfaktor also illuminated the high-

profile fashion show featuring HUGO BOSS and Versace.

Benefitting Hospice Austin, Beauty Unveiled has become

one of Austin’s most anticipated and memorable annual

events. LIGHTfaktor was brought on under the creative

direction of CFDA award-winning designer, Nak Armstrong.

The design included an enormous LED video wall at the

foot of the tables that showed chic videos of a single

model, artfully displaying Armstrong’s jeweled works of

art. The video wall was made even larger by black fabric

outstretched on all sides with entrancing projections of

Armstrong’s signature angular gemstones.

LIGHTfaktor’s work in creating Vulcan Gas Company’s

distinctive lighting vision resulted in an award-winning

design. For this project we executed architectural lighting

design, custom fixture fabrication, automated lighting

system design and programming, as well as truss, power

and data distribution and installation. The design features

custom wall- imbedded LED pixel columns each with 340

individually addressable RGB-LEDs to create a one-of-a-

kind atmosphere.

7 independently controlled modules housed in one moving fixture create a multitude of highly defined beams coming together to form an amazing array of effects from the incredibly bold to the ultra subtle. All elements of the fixture are lightning fast giving the designer the largest palette of creative options available, all from one fixture.

The xVision Video Deck LED system enables designers to

use the stage itself as part of the video display system. Its

high strength rubberized facade allows high weight items

such as cars or set pieces to be placed on top of the unit,

while delivering exceptional contrast with deep black, a

A clever touring frame with built-in leveling system allows for

quick and effortless installation in any environment.
