4The Machine designed with many seperate hydraulic functions (cut to length, notch punch, swage, squash, rivet punch, plumbing notch, electrical positioning and services hole punch) work together to produce components completly for assembly. Technology refined to eliminate the need for additional cutting, measuring or even layout.

Roll Forming Machine Functions

The designed and detailing software is the heart of the system and developed for light gauge steel construction according to International Standard Structure codes. Powerful, flexible and user-friendly software is capable to designing virtually any element (walls, roof, truss, ceiling, floors, gable panels and more).

The machine controlled by computer programmed with easy and flexible software which reduces the traditional multi steps fabrication process down to one integrated solution as well as calculate the static analysis as deflections, joint, reactions, load cases and load combinations.

With roll-forming machine on-site, measurements of all wall could be given to the software designer and then exported to the roll-former software where the wall panels were cold rolled and riveted together on-site.

Every wall panel was produced exact measurments for each concrete opening and cladded with LSF - Thermal Construction walling system.
