SafebatBattery Magnet
The Safebat 10 is the first electropermanent battery lifting magnet show-
ing the operator on the display which load can be lifted safely during the
lifting operation.
The power electronics calculated this data within seconds and automa-
tically while putting the magnet on the work piece. Sheets from 4 mm
thickness can also be lifted off the stack individually Even magnetizing and
demagnetizing of the electropermanent battery magnet
can take place automatically.

EPM-BBattery Magnet
The Electropermanent Battery Lifting Magnets can be used without connec-
tion to the power supply, combining safety of permanent magnets with the
operation comfort of electromagnets. Sheets from 4 mm thickness can also
be lifted off the stack individually. Even magnetizing and demagnetizing of
the lifting magnet can take place automatically.

Magnet Modules and TraversesThe EPM Magnet Modules (EPM-M Modules) can be used power-supply
bound, combining safety of Permanent Magnets with user convenience of
electromagnets.
Sheets from 3 mm thickness can be lifted off the stack individually Even
magnetizing and demagnetizing of the EPM-M lifting module can take place
automatically. For uneven sheet formats or disturbing edges, the EPM-M
Modules can be equipped with spring assemblies.

Since decades, Crane Transporters of the SH series have been considered to
be the optimal solution for transport of sheets by crane, also for larger for-
mats. Contrary to normal lifting magnets, crane magnet transporters have
a flatter magnetic field allowing them to take up thinner work pieces such
as sheets already from 3 mm thickness. They are suitable for horizontal and
vertical transport and thus extremely economical.
