LIVESTRONG® AT THE YMCAA free, 12-week program for adult cancer survivors at any point in their cancer journey. The small group meets twice per week with our certified trainers to work on cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, balance, flexibility and mind-body-spirit.

DID YOU KNOW? Our sessions always start on a Monday, but keep in mind your program might start on a different day of the week. YMCA instructional classes are six weeks in duration. However, each program cycle (not including summer sessions) includes a “bonus” seventh week, which may be used for additional instruction time or as a make up for a cancelled class. Our Sports Leagues always run for seven weeks.

Some special programs, like leagues, close online early to give us time to set up rosters. STEPPING STONES: STEP INTO THE FUTURE OF LEARNING Ages: 2-4 | 9:30am-11:30am
Fee: $100 /per daily theme
Location: Tri-Town Program Space
The enrichment program focuses on skill development in the areas of Literacy, Music, Art, Math, and Science. Each day the children will focus on a riveting adventure to light sparks and find passions. Each session will end with a Family Enrichment Activity to showcase their accomplishments. You may sign up for one or more themed days. Each theme meets once per week for a total of 7 classes.
MONDAY— ADVENTURES THROUGH READING Your child will enjoy a variety of fun and adventures activities that will instruct them to learn, practice and comprehend the alphabet. During out time together we will tell stories, introduce characters such as Wendy the Walrus building their confidence while having fun with sounds and writing activities.
TUESDAY—LET’S MOVE WITH MUSIC Through music your child will share in a creative experience around sounds, rhythm, and vocal melodies. The children will use a variety of instruments and create some of their own to explore different sounds.
WEDNESDAY—ART ADVENTURES Children will go beyond finger painting and use their imagination through weekly/session themes. This little artist will have instructional guidance creating artwork using play dough, paint, stencils, and more. Each child will get a smock that they personalize during their time with us and take home.
THURSDAY—ABC/123 Exploring math can be fascinating as it is found all around us every day. Children will take their first journey into shapes, numbers, and measurement. Through designed activities, children will identify patterns and strength number recognition.
FRIDAY—LET’S PRETEND Let your child get messy with us! Enriching a child in science will allow them to get their hands dirty and venture to places where only the mad scientists have ever gone. Creating age appropriate experiments, your little scientist will explore the world of measuring and mixing, living and non- living things, and the magic and wonder of hands- on science.

Come to where basketball was invented in 1891! Dedicated, patient coaches use age-appropriate drills designed to teach essential skills in a fun environment. Volunteers are an essential part of YMCA basketball leagues.

Rookies T-ball ages 3-4 | Saturdays | 11:15-12:15PM
YMCA T-ball programs teach each child the basics of baseball to help them grow as players, all while encompassing the fun that comes standard with YMCA programs. Players develop skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, self-confidence and a love for the game. Skill development will cover the fundamentals of throwing, catching, batting (off a Tee), base running, game rules and etiquette. Games will be played without the emphasis on competition, but rather on creating a memorable, fun, and rewarding experience for all involved.
